Анотація
The textbook provides classroom and individual lessons for fourth-year students of the Faculty of Sociology and Law. The publication consists of seven sections (Units), which cover professionally-oriented topics: “Different types of contracts”, “Essential elements of the contract”, “Damages and the other remedies”, “Torts and crimes”, “Torts and contracts”, “Family law“, “Marriage law”.
The purpose of the textbook is to teach students active proficiency in English in the field of professional activity of a lawyer, as well as the formation of their ability and readiness for intercultural communication.
The developed exercises are aimed at developing and improving reading, speaking, listening, writing and translation skills, as well as improving students' lexical and grammatical knowledge. The aim of the textbook is to promote the expansion of professional thesaurus of students, the formation of interest in communicating in English and increase student motivation for learning and future profession.
