dc.description.abstractУ статті представлено результати порівняльного аналізу тарифікації послуг залізничного транспорту чотирьох країн: України, Індії, Німеччини й Польщі. Визначено найбільших залізничних перевізників досліджуваних країн. Проаналізовано рівень тарифів відповідно дистанцій переміщення вантажів залізничним транспортом. Встановлено, що найнижчі тарифи для транспортування вантажів до двадцяти тон спостерігаються в Україні та Індії, найвищі у Німеччині. Розраховано показник доходу перевізників з 1 тонно-кілометра. Розрахунки показали, що безумовним лідером є Німеччина, у якої дохід з тонно-кілометра перевищує аналогічний показник інших країн у десятки разів. За допомогою методу кореляційно-регресивного аналізу побудовано рівняння залежності тарифної ставки до приросту дистанції транспортування вантажів. Співставлення отриманих результатів продемонструвало, що найнижчий середній приросту тарифу серед досліджуваних країн спостерігається в Україні, найвищий у Німеччині та Польщі.
dc.description.abstractotherGiven the variability of the external environment and the dynamism of changes in international economic activity, the ar- ticle presents the results of a comparative analysis of the tariffication of railway transport services in four countries: Ukraine, India, Germany and Poland. The largest railway carriers of the studied countries are identified. It is emphasized that in Ukraine and India, freight transportation is carried out by state-owned carriers, while in Germany and Poland – by private ones. The authors analyze the level of tariffs according to the distance of cargo transportation by rail. It is found that the lowest tariffs for the transportation of goods up to twenty tones are observed in Ukraine and India, and the highest – in Germany. State-owned companies in India and Ukraine have set tariffs that are on average twenty times lower than those in Germany and Poland. To evaluate the effectiveness of railway transport services, the indicators of income and freight turnover of the studied countries were compared. It was found that Germany ranks first in terms of revenue, while India is second. Ukraine, compared to other countries, has the lowest income. In terms of cargo turnover, India is the leader, followed by Ukraine. Poland demonstrated the lowest cargo turnover. We calculated the relative income of carriers per tone-kilometer. The calculations showed that Germany is the undisputed leader in this indicator, with revenue per tone-kilometer exceeding that of other countries tenfold. Using the method of correlation and regression analysis, the article builds an equation of dependence of the tariff rate on the increase in the distance of cargo transportation. A comparison of the obtained results demonstrates that the lowest average tariff increase among the studied countries is observed in Ukraine, and the highest – in Germany and Poland. It is noted that from the point of view of international competitiveness, the domestic carrier has a tariff advantage, while at the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the much greater risk of providing railway transport services by a domestic company.
