dc.description.abstractМетою проведеного дослідження є обґрунтування принципів фасиліті-менеджменту, які доцільно використовува- ти у сфері землекористування, а також висвітлення його підходів, які слід впровадити в практику в системі управ- ління земельними ресурсами. Методологічну основу проведеного дослідження склали наступні методи: метод уза- гальнення, метод дедукції та наукового узагальнення. Отримані результати представляють собою наукову основу для запровадження їх у практичній діяльності місцевих органів Держгеокадастру України. Встановлено, що в сфері землекористування доцільним є впровадження в практику принципів фасиліті-менеджменту, які забезпечить активізацію структурних зрушень під час здійснення виробничої діяльності. Встановлено, що потребують впровадження такі підходи фасиліті-менеджменту, як підтримка підприємницьких процесів, поточне обслуговування, ремонт, налагодження інфраструктурних об’єктів, здійснення постійного моніторингу та аналізу ситуації на ринку неру- хомості, ухвалення концепції управління інфраструктурою, заключення договорів на експлуатацію обладнання, про- фесійне управління, консультування з питань вибору інженерних систем та обладнання, фокусування ідей на виборі найоптимальнішого шляху використання землі під час ведення виробничої діяльності, зменшення витрат на об’єкти нерухомості та підвищення якості обслуговування, об’єднання зусиль в рамках управління капітальним ремонтом, реконструкцією та модернізацією обладнання, перепрофілювання виробництва в середині обєктів інфраструктури.
dc.description.abstractotherThe purpose of the conducted research is to substantiate the principles of facility management, which are appropriate to use in the field of land use, as well as to highlight its approaches, which should be implemented in practice in the land management system. The methodological basis of the research was the following methods: the method of generalization (for the justification of the problems that have developed in land use in the current conditions), the method of deduction (for the formation of recom- mendations for the substantiation of the principles of facility management in the field of land use), scientific generalization (for the justification of the approaches of facility- management, which should be put into practice in the land management system). The information base of the study became the resources of the global information system Internet, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists. The obtained results represent a scientific basis for their implementation in the practical activities of local bodies of the State Geocadastre of Ukraine. It has been established that it is expedient to implement such principles in the field of land use as the principle of transferring non-core activities of a business entity on land to a more professional one, the principle of cooperation with competing business entities, the principle of an integrated approach, the principle of integration of land institutions, the principle of infrastructural provision of the land market, the principle of consistency of the policy of conducting business on land with the capabilities of producers, the principle of integration with enterprises of the industrial sphere. It was established that such facility management approaches as support of business processes, current maintenance, repair, adjustment of infrastructure objects, implementation of constant monitoring and analysis of the situation on the real estate market, adoption of the concept of infrastructure management, need to be implemented, concluding contracts for the operation of equipment, professional management, consulting on the selection of engineering systems and equipment, focusing ideas on choosing the most optimal way of using land during production activities, reducing costs for real estate objects and improving the quality of service, combining efforts within management of capital repairs, reconstruction and modernization of equipment, repurposing of production in the middle of infrastructure facilities.
