dc.description.abstractУ дипломній роботі розглянуто економічну сутність поняття «міжнародна банківська група», визначено основні риси фінансової лібералізації та зазначено методичні підходи оцінювання розвитку МБГ в умовах фінансової лібералізації. Проведена оцінка основних тенденцій розвитку МБГ, проаналізовано сучасний стан розвитку їх діяльності в Україні та досліджено вплив фінансової лібералізації на ефективність їх функціонування МБГ в країні на прикладі АТ «ПроКредит Банк». Визначено умови формування середовища ефективного розвитку МБГ в Україні та запропоновано стратегічні напрями ефективного їх розвитку в умовах фінансової лібералізації.uk
dc.description.abstractotherThe thesis considers the economic essence of the concept of "international banking group", identifies the main features of financial liberalization and indicates the methodological approaches to assessing the development of international banking groups in terms of financial liberalization. The main trends in the development of international banking groups are assessed, the current state of development of their activities in Ukraine is analyzed and the impact of financial liberalization on the efficiency of their functioning of IBGs in the country is studied on the example of ProCredit Bank. The conditions of formation of the environment of effective development of international banking groups in Ukraine are determined and strategic directions of their effective development in the conditions of financial liberalization are offered.uk
