The first part of the work presents a study of the of features to access the passport data of metalworking equipment. Database on technical characteristics of vertical processing centers HAAS Series VF is examined. The second chapter presents a technological section dedicated to the selection of the workpiece and the manufacturing technology of the part. Calculations of cutting regimes, process operations and CNC tools are given. In the third section, the design of machine tools for providing machining of the part is provided. The required calculations for the fastening efforts have been completed. Mechanical engineering technology is the science of methods of manufacturing machine parts and mechanisms. There are two main problems in mechanical engineering technology: the problem of product manufacturing quality and the problem of labor productivity. Each of these problems includes a number of other, more narrow and specific problems, for example, reliability and durability, geometric and functional interchangeability, manufacturability, automation of technological processes and management functions in all types of production and, finally, the problem of maximizing the effectiveness of scientific research works. This diploma project is aimed at solving specific problems in the field of improving technologies, improving the technical and economic indicators of manufacturing parts. In this diploma work, the technological process of processing the "bearing housing" part is developed, the possibilities of the proposed technological process are evaluated to ensure the necessary accuracy of the design dimensions, the determination of cutting modes, the development of the device for one technological operation, and the development necessary for the implementation of the technological process in the conditions of the production of technological documentation. Him level determines the further development of the entire national economy. Development of mechanical engineering poses new problems related to improving the quality of products and labor productivity and requires their solution. Modern mechanical engineering is used in almost all spheres of human life activity, achieved great success in increasing its efficiency and eventually turned into a technological base of the industry, which determines the level technical development of the country and its security. Mechanical engineering technology, as a branch of science, is engaged in the study of technological processes of manufacturing mechanical engineering products in order to use the research results to ensure the required quality and quantity of products with the highest technical and economic indicators. Modern technology is developing in the following main directions: creation of new materials; development of new technological principles, methods, processes, equipment; mechanisation and automation of technological processes that reduces direct human participation in them. Construction of the material and technical base and the need for continuous increasing labor productivity on the basis of modern means of production poses rather responsible tasks for mechanical engineering. They include improving the quality of machines, reducing their material consumption, labor intensity and cost of production, normalisation and the unification of their elements, the introduction of current methods of production, its mechanisation and automation, as well as shortening the terms of preparation for the production of new objects. The solution of the indicated problems is provided by improving the design of machines, improving the technology of production, application progressive means and methods of production.In connection with the continuously growing requirements for the quality of products, rapid changes in the range of products increase the amount of technological preparation of production per unit of time. Thus, a problem arises, which is that a technologist in modern conditions must perform not only a larger volume of work, but also do it at a higher quality level. Solving this problem involves automating the technologist's work, and this, in turn, requires further development of the scientific foundations of mechanical engineering technology. The text part has all the necessary explanations. Various sources were used: guidelines, manuals, reference books, catalogs, etc. The following tasks were solved in the work: analysis of the boring mandrel deflection; a method of manufacturing the workpiece was selected, and a drawing of the workpiece was developed, The allowances and tolerances for the main features were determined; 3D models of the part and a 3D model of the workpiece were developed; typical technological tasks were solved, calculated allowances and cutting modes by the analytical method for a cylindrical inner surface, time standards for milling operations were calculated; devices for multipurpose machines were developed and designed; and non-standard parts used in this device, developed 3D models of devices; visualization of the technological process in the Power Mill CAD system; - solution of certain labor protection issues; calculated the cost of manufacturing the part. The main objective of this study is to analyse the feasibility and feasibility of producing a particular type of component with regard to quality, precision, manufacturing cost and environment. The research process considered traditional materials processing methods such as turning, milling, drilling and grinding, as well as modern technologies including laser cutting, electrospark processing, 3D printing and additive manufacturing. It is particularly important to compare these methods in terms of their strengths and weaknesses, and to integrate them into the manufacturing process. The results of the work include recommendations for choosing the optimal manufacturing method for various types of parts, taking into account the specifics of their design, material and operating conditions. The obtained data can be useful for design engineers, technologists and production management specialists when planning production and modernization of technological processes.Документ Відкритий доступ Manufacturing process planning of shaft holder(Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, 2024) Bowen Qin; Gladskyi, MaksymThis degree is dedicated to the design and technical assistance of a component. In the first section, we introduce a research on the production technology design using Sinemens NX. General method for creating the part is to use HAAS VF-3 CNC machine. The work flow goes with serveal steps to ensure most of the details would not be neglected, and results into allow to quickly form the shape with the guide of NC codes. The second chapter presents the design flow of the Jigs and fixtures inorder to stablize the target object on the CNC machining bed through out the process. The paper also provides the calculating method for the cutting process, the working process and the tool. Necessary calculations have been carried out for tightening efforts. In the third section, FEM method was introduced to similate the clamping force, so that this experimental value can be compared with the theoretical result from chapter two. In conclusion, the error range indicats that the functionality of the Jigs design is presented.
