Current trends in energy development under conditions of decarbonization, post-war recovery, digital transformation, and European integration are analyzed. A system of indicators for adaptive energy development is proposed, integrating environmental, energy, digital, and socio-managerial components. The system includes indicators of decarbonization, energy security, renewable energy development, Smart Grid implementation, Internet of Things technologies, Artificial Intelligence applications, and information transparency. An adaptive management system based on continuous monitoring, forecasting, decision-making, and corrective actions is substantiated. The principles of construction of control systems for an electromechanical system with a significant eccentricity of the load are considered, the features of their operation are determined. An updated model of the electric drive of the washing machine with a significant nonlinearity of the load moment has been developed. The optimal drum speed controller was synthesized by the method of dynamic programming, consisting of the sum of linear and cubic components. The study of the system's performance was carried out by the method of digital modeling using the MATLAB mathematical environment and its Simulink application.
