I.Interdisciplinary projects and gender initiatives of the engineering schools of Igor Sikorsky KPI (nuclear technologies, energy, space, materials science) are described, which define the gender dimension in teaching, learning, and research. The Gender Equality Plan (GEP), introduced at the university in 2024 in accordance with UNESCO strategies, the requirements of the European Commission, and the directives of the EU programme "Horizon Europe", is presented. Es werden interdisziplinäre Projekte und Gender-Initiativen der Ingenieurschulen des Igor Sikorsky KPI (Kern-Technologien, Energie, Weltraum, Materialwissenschaft) beschrieben, die die Gender-Dimension in Lehre, Ausbildung und Forschung bestimmen. Der Gender Equality Plan (Der Aktionsplan zur Umsetzung der Prinzipien der Geschlechtergleichstellung), der 2024 an der Universität gemäß den Strategien der UNESCO, den Anforderungen der Europäischen Kommission und den Richtlinien des EU-Programms „Horizont Europa“ eingeführt wurde, wird vorgestellt.
