Анотація
This article highlights the intensity dynamics features of conflict situations resolution in English business discourse. The research defines that the intensity dynamics of the conflict fragments reveals their evaluative component. It has been proven that the intensity dynamics reflects the communicative and pragmatic loading of English business discourse interactions and conveys the specificity of this discourse pragmatic potential actualization.
