dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто суть педагогічного аналізу як важливої складової педагогічної діяльності викладача англійської мови. Наголошено, що завданням педагогічного аналізу в роботі викладача є: вивчення реального стану знань, умінь, навичок; формування компетентностей студентів; об’єктивної оцінки результатів, встановлення причинно-наслідкових зв’язків та прийняття рішень щодо удосконалення освітнього процесу; власного науково-методичного рівня; здійснення індивідуального підходу до студентів, вибір адекватних форм, методів та технологій, а також обов’язкове корегування результатів освітньої діяльності з прогнозуванням шляхів її оптимізації. Виділено мету, об’єкт, напрями та алгоритм реалізації педагогічного аналізу в діяльності викладача англійської мови у закладі вищої технічної освіти. Розкрито особливості реалізації педагогічного аналізу на різних етапах організації освітнього процесу в закладі вищої освіти. Визначено основні напрями педагогічного аналізу викладача англійської мови. Зокрема, зауважено, що обов’язковим елементом алгоритму педагогічного аналізу є проведення контрольних замірів основних показників якості навчання студентів після корекції роботи та їх аналіз і співставлення із визначеними цілями вивчення англійської мови на конкретному етапі. Наголошено на необхідності аналітичної та інформаційно-аналітичної компетентності викладача. Акцентовано увагу, що подальших наукових розробок вимагає розробка кваліметричного підходу до визначення показників і критеріїв роботи викладача та студентів.uk
dc.description.abstractotherThe aim of this paper is to study the specifics of the pedagogical analysis and develop an algorithm for its implementation in the work of an English teacher in a higher technical educational institution. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization. The paper presents the essence of the pedagogical analysis as an important component of the English teacher’s work. The tasks of the pedagogical analysis in the teacher’s work are: the study of the real condition of knowledge, skills, abilities; formation of students’ competencies; objective assessment of results, establishing cause and effect relationships and making decisions to improve the educational process; personal scientific and methodological level; implementation of an individual approach to students, selection of adequate forms, methods and technologies, as well as the required control of educational results and forecasting the ways to optimize it. The purpose, object, directions and algorithm of realization of the pedagogical analysis in the English teacher’s work in a higher technical educational institution are identified. The peculiarities of the pedagogical analysis implementation at different stages of the educational process organization in a higher education institution are revealed. The main directions of the pedagogical analysis of an English teacher are determined. In particular, it is noted that the important elements of the algorithm of the pedagogical analysis are: carrying out of control measurements of the main indicators of students learning results after correction and their analysis and comparison with the specified objectives of learning English at a particular stage. The need for analytical and information and analytical competence of the teacher is emphasized. The paper demonstrates the potential of further research which is required to develop a qualimetric approach to determining the indicators and criteria of the teacher’s and students’ work.uk
