dc.description.abstractenMaster's dissertation on the topic "Modeling the investment potential of the implementation of anti-crisis strategies in the construction industry" insludes 104 pages, 26 tables, 22 figures, and 3 appendices. The bibliography list consists of 60 items. The relevance of the topic is that today Ukraine is in difficult crisis conditions, as is the construction industry of the country itself. Correct anti-crisis management of the investment potential of the industry will allow to minimize the consequences of the crisis in such a way that it will be possible to resume production after the crisis as soon as possible. Connection of work with scientific programs, plans, topics. The work was carried out in accordance with the plan of scientific research of the Department of Economic Cybernetics of “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” within the scope of the research topic "Globalization of directions for the formation of industrial potential in the conditions of post-industrial transformations" (№ ДР 0112U007817). The author summarized and substantiated the concept of managing the investment potential of the country's construction sector during crisis events. Purpose and objectives of the work. The purpose of the work is to develop a methodology for determining strategies for managing the amount of investment resources needed to overcome the crisis in the industry and to return to pre-crisis production. During the work, the following tasks were set and solved: – Based on the analysis of the existing works of scientists, the category of investment potential of the construction industry was determined; – an analysis of existing models for assessing the investment potential of the industry was carried out; – the main components of the investment potential of the construction industry are determined; – the connection between the elements of the investment potential is clarified; – an approach for assessing the investment potential was chosen and a model for its assessment was built; – the adequacy of the proposed model is determined; – based on the developed model, calculations were made and the main strategies for managing the industry under possible scenarios were determined; – recommendations were provided regarding the implementation of the model for assessing the investment potential of the country's construction industry. Object and subject of research. The object of the study is the investment potential of the construction industry of Ukraine. The subject of the study is the management of the investment potential of the construction industry in crisis conditions. Research methods. Special and general scientific methods were used in the research. Abstraction was used to determine the content and essence of the main concepts. A systematic approach was used to study the subject and object of research in interaction with the external and internal environment. To study the dynamics of development and interrelationships in the investment and construction sphere, as well as generalization and systematization of the obtained data, methods of observation, description and measurement were used. A number of economic and mathematical methods were used to build models of management of the investment potential of the construction industry. A deductive method was used to provide recommendations. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the master's work consists in the substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations, as well as the development of recommendations for managing the investment potential of the construction industry of Ukraine. In the work, for the first time, a conceptual econometric model was developed, which allows modeling the investment potential for the implementation of anti-crisis strategies of the construction industry. Practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of further use of the theoretical and methodological developments carried out in the work, as well as the recommendations given by state authorities or individual enterprises of the construction industry in the development and implementation of new anti-crisis programs in the field. dc.description.abstractukМагістерська дисертація на тему «Моделювання інвестиційного потенціалу реалізації антикризових стратегій будівельної промисловості» містить 104 сторінки, 26 таблиць, 22 рисунки, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань нараховує 62 найменування. Актуальності теми полягає у тому, що сьогодні України перебуває в складних кризових умовах, як і сама будівельна галузь країни. Правильне антикризове керування інвестиційним потенціалом галузі дозолить мінімізувати наслідки кризи таким чином, що відновити показники виробництва після кризи можна буде якнайшвидше. Зв’язок роботи з науковими програмами, планами, темами. Роботи виконувалась згідно з планом наукових досліджень кафедри економічної кібернетики КПІ ім. Ігоря Сікорського у межах науково-дослідної теми «Глобалізація напрямів формування промислового потенціалу в умовах постіндустріальних трансформацій» (№ ДР 0112U007817). Автором узагальнено та обґрунтовано концепцію управління інвестиційним потенціалом будівельної сфери країни під час кризових явищ. Мета і завдання дослідження. Метою роботи є розробка методики визначення стратегій керування обсягами інвестиційних ресурсів, необхідних для подолання кризи у галузі і вихід на докризове виробництво. У ході роботи були поставлені і вирішені наступні завдання: – На основі аналізу існуючих робіт науковців, визначено категорію інвестиційного потенціалу промисловості; – проведено аналіз існуючих моделей оцінки інвестиційного потенціалу промисловості; – визначено основні складові інвестиційного потенціалу будівельної сфери; – з’ясовано зв'язок між елементами інвестиційного потенціалу; – обрано підхід для оцінювання інвестиційного потенціалу та побудовано модель його оцінки; – визначено адекватність запропонованої моделі; – на основі розробленої моделі проведено розрахунки та визначено основні стратегії керування інвестиційним потенціалом будівельної промисловості за можливих сценаріїв; – надано рекомендації щодо впровадження моделі оцінювання інвестиційного потенціалу будівельної промисловості країни задля виходу з соціально-економічної кризи. Об’єкт та предмет дослідження. Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування інвестиційного потенціалу будівельної промисловості України. Предметом дослідження є алгоритми та методи керування інвестиційним потенціалом будівельної промисловості задля виходу з кризи. Методи дослідження. При дослідженні використано спеціально і загальнонаукові методи. Абстрагування використовувалось для визначення змісту та суті основних понять. Для вивчення предмету і об’єкту дослідження у взаємодії із зовнішнім та внутрішнім середовищем використовувався системний підхід. Для дослідження динаміки розвитку і взаємозв’язків у інвестиційно-будівельній сфері, а також узагальнення і систематизації отриманих даних було задіяно методи спостереження, опису та виміру. Ряд економіко-математичних методів було використано для побудови моделей управління інвестиційним потенціалом будівельної промисловості. Для надання рекомендацій використано дедуктивний метод. Наукова новизна. Наукова новизна магістерської роботи полягає в обґрунтуванні теоретичних та методичних засад, а також розробці рекомендацій щодо управління інвестиційним потенціалом будівельної промисловості України. У роботі вперше було розроблено концептуальну економетричну модель, що дозволяє моделювати інвестиційним потенціал за реалізації антикризових стратегій діяльності будівельної промисловості. Практична значущість полягає в можливості подальшого використання отриманих у роботі теоретико-методичних розробок і рекомендацій органами державної влади чи окремих підприємств будівельної промисловості при розробці та впровадженні нових антикризових програм в цій сфері.
