At the moment, society in our country is undergoing a process of transition from the industrial era to the information, socio-economic changes are taking place, and these are all leading to major transformations in some vital areas of government activity. Looking at the world experience, people in our country have noticed that many processes take place in other countries faster and easier. This in turn also applies to educational processes. Many world systems have long and successfully integrated the methods of distance education, developing different methods of distance learning. Even at the beginning of the last decade, such terms as distance, correspondence, or open study were virtually indistinguishable from the point of view of Ukrainians. The distance learning system received a strong impetus for development in the late nineties along with the high speed of information technology improvement. The very essence of such a system challenges the problem, always facing the educational environment: ―How to ensure the right of every citizen to education and free access to information?‖ After all, the essence of distance learning is to give all people an opportunity to gain their education using information and communication technologies. In addition to solving problems related to accessibility of education for the citizen, distance learning can address other important issues. It can also be added to the above that distance learning is good in that it can be implemented at any level of education, involving people who already have a higher education and want to increase its level, and help people who are unable to study at a university with classical forms of education due to lack of physical capacity or through professional employment.uk
