dc.description.abstractМетою магістерської дисертації є модернізація одного з основних вузлів лінії для виробництва рукавної плівки - черв’яка, для забезпечення стабільного потоку полімеру, який переходить у формуючу головку. Модернізація включає додавання змішувального елемента, що компенсує імпульси під час роботи агрегату. Виконані розрахунки міцності, перепадів тиску в черв’яку екструдера, а також визначені параметричні та теплові характеристики. Креслення деталей і складальні креслення модернізованого вузла виконані в системі SolidWorks. Також виконані розрахунки роботи та визначення основних характеристик черв’яка, а також проведено літературно-патентний огляд варіацій черв’яків екструдера, що стало основою для розробки модернізації. Визначення ефективності використання базової та модернізованої моделей було здійснено шляхом порівняння навантажень у системі SolidWorks Simulation, щоб продемонструвати покращення, яке забезпечує модернізація вузла.
dc.description.abstractotherThe purpose of the master's thesis is to modernize one of the main components of the line for the production of tubular film - the worm, to ensure a stable flow of polymer, which passes into the forming head. The modernization includes the addition of a mixing element that compensates for impulses during the operation of the unit. Calculations of strength, pressure drops in the extruder worm have been performed, as well as parametric and thermal characteristics have been determined. Drawings of parts and assembly drawings of the modernized unit have been made in the SolidWorks system. Calculations of operation and determination of the main characteristics of the worm have also been performed, and a literature and patent review of variations of extruder worms has been conducted, which became the basis for the development of the modernization. Determination of the efficiency of using the basic and modernized models was carried out by comparing loads in the SolidWorks Simulation system to demonstrate the improvement provided by the modernization of the unit.
