dc.description.abstractМетою дослідження є оцінка впливу воєнної кризи на логістичне забезпечення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності промислових підприємств України. Використано методи аналізу, порівнянь та моделювання для виявлення ключових факторів дестабілізації ланцюгів постачання – руйнування інфраструктури, блокування портів, зростання вартості перевезень і страхування. Розглянуто адаптаційні заходи підприємств машинобудування («Пожмашина», «Авто-КрАЗ», «MAN Україна»), які переорієнтували логістику на європейські маршрути. Моделювання показало зростання витрат у 2,5–3 рази та зниження своєчасності поставок удвічі. Запропоновано комплекс практичних рішень: дивер-сифікація маршрутів, створення прикордонних хабів, цифровізація управління, оптимізація контейнерних перевезень і розвиток кластерів. Реалізація заходів забезпечує зниження витрат до 50% і підвищення стійкості логістики. Результати мають практичну цінність для розроблення адаптивної логістичної політики підприємств у воєнний і після-воєнний періоди.
dc.description.abstractotherThe study comprehensively examines the impact of the military crisis on the logistics support of the foreign economic activity of Ukraine’s industrial enterprises, with particular attention to the machine-building sector. It identifies the key destabilizing factors that disrupted international supply chains, including large-scale infrastructure destruction, port blockades, reduced access to maritime routes, the redirection of cargo flows through EU countries, increased transportation and customs costs, and growing insurance risks. The research focuses on the experience of leading enterprises such as “Pozhmashina”, “AutoKRAZ”, and “MAN Ukraine”, which were compelled to rapidly adapt their export-import logistics and reorient toward European supply routes and partners. Using modeling and comparative analysis, the study shows that logistics costs have increased by 2.5–3 times, while the timeliness and predictability of deliveries have decreased by almost 50% during wartime. The article proposes a comprehensive set of practical and strategic measures to restore and enhance logistics efficiency in conditions of instability. These include diversification of transport corridors, creation of cross-border logistics hubs near EU borders, development of multimodal transportation systems, digitalization of logistics management, implementation of smart tracking and forecasting systems, and optimization of container and warehouse logistics. In addition, the formation of industrial clusters and the integration of digital and green technologies are emphasized as essential components of post-war recovery strategies. The research proves that these measures can reduce logistics costs by 20–50%, improve risk resilience, and ensure the stability of international deliveries for industrial producers. The results have important practical value for policymakers, managers, and logistics specialists, as they provide a framework for shaping adaptive logistics and export-support policies for Ukrainian industrial enterprises during wartime and post-war economic transformation, contributing to the sustainable development and competitiveness of the national machine-building sector
