Every scientific research-from the creative concept to the final formulation of a scientific work-is carried out in a highly individualized manner. However, it is possible to identify common methodological approaches to its implementation. Modern scientific and theoretical thinking strives to penetrate the essence of the phenomena and processes under study. This is possible through a holistic approach to the object of study, examining its origins and development-that is, through the applicationof a historical approach. To study scientifically means to conduct exploratory research, as if peering into the future. Imagination, fantasy, and dreams, based on the real achievements of science and technology-these are the most important factorsin scientific research. To study scientifically means to be scientifically objective. Facts cannot be discarded simply because they are difficult to explain or find practical application for. The fact is that the essence of what is new in science is not always apparent to the researcher. New scientific facts and even discoveries, due to their poorly understood significance, can remain in the scientific reserve for a long time and not be applied in practice. The development of an idea to the stage of problem solving is usually accomplished through a planned process of scientific research. Science is no stranger to accidental discoveries, but only planned, well-equipped scientific research reliably uncovers and deeply understands the objective patterns of nature. Subsequently, the process of targeted and conceptual refinement of the initial concept continues, with refinements, changes, and additions being made, and the planned research plan is further developed. Research related to the health, educational, anddevelopmental impacts of physical education and sports, including new, non-traditional types of physical education and sports, on participants of varying ages, genders, educational levels, lifestyles, academic backgrounds, and work activities, is highly relevant today.
