dc.description.abstractПріоритетним в умовах російсько-української війни та складної ситуації в прикордонних громадах, якою є Сумщина, є налагодження ефективної медіакомунікації та розширення доступу громадян до регіональних джерел інформації з метою забезпечення об’єктивного та різнобічного транслювання локального медіаконтенту. Мета статті – визначити та виокремити специфіку генерування контенту локальним виданням Сумщини «Кордон.Медіа», що дозволило простежити контентне наповнення інформаційних платформ досліджуваного медіа та визначити закономірності цієї генерації. Для досягнення мети розвідки використано комплекс наукових методів. Для формулювання теоретичних засад дослідження застосовано методи аналізу наукових джерел, узагальнення й порівняння. Емпіричне дослідження здійснене методом контент-аналізу медіапродуктів видання «Кордон.Медіа», створених у межах проєкту «Стіни». Локальні медіа – це не тільки джерело інформації, а й фундамент культурної та соціальної ідентичності регіональної спільноти.
dc.description.abstractotherIn the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war and the hard situation in the border communities, such as Sumy region, it is a high priority to establish effective media communication and provide citizens with access to regional sources of information in order to ensure objective and multifaceted coverage of local media content. The purpose of the article is to identify and define the specifics of content generation by the local Sumy region media “Kordon.Media”, which allowed us to monitor the content of the information platforms of the analyzed media and identify the mechanisms of this generation. The methods of analysis of scientific sources, generalization and comparisons are used to formulate the theoretical foundations of the study. The empirical research was conducted by content analysis of the media products of “Kordon.Media”, created as part of the “Walls” project. Local media is not only an information source, but also the mainstay of the cultural and social identity of a regional community. They contribute to the formation of civil society locally (in communities) and provide access to national news, and most importantly, they write about the community, are focused on communicating with its residents, and objectively cover events and problems in the region directly from the place where they occur. The study points out that the media content of the local online resource “Kordon.Media” is heterogeneous. It has been found that the information environment presents the latest news from the frontier of Sumy region; life stories of civilians close to the enemy; reports from the destroyed objects as a result of the war and outlining ways to restore them; reports on the military’s work during the war, etc. The content analysis revealed that the specifics of creating the content of the local Sumy region online media “Kordon.Media” depends on the chosen information environment. It is concluded that the media products of the “Walls” project are characterized by content convergence. It has been determined that YouTube is characterized by video reports; the Telegram channel distributes short news text messages supplemented with photos and clickable links; Instagram content is short videos in reels. This presentation of information demonstrates the ability of regional media to create and broadcast high-quality convergent media content in the difficult realities of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
