dc.description.abstractThe work is devoted to the actual task of automation of the blood cells counting for subsequent morphometric analysis. It may help to predict various diseases at early stages and prevent their further development. In the explanatory note it is analyzed the existing methods and devices in which the determination of biological objects parameters using light source and laser radiation are implemented. Analyzed different types of lasers and calculated the main parameters of laser radiation. In general, the work consists of three sections. In the first, it is given theoretical justification of the task, in the second are considered method of lasers functions and in the third section presents the program work to automatically set the number of objects in the image. This section is calculated accuracy error of calculation cells. According to the studied topic - the use of lasers to analyze blood cell parameters, theses were written and published published in the foreign monograph " Laser complexes for automated morphometry of blood cell ". The results can be implemented in the academic and scientific research base of NTU "KPI" FBMI.
