dc.description.abstractМетою роботи є модернізація корпуса та шнека в гумопереробній одночерв’ячній машині. Об’єкт дослідження – машина гумопереробна одночерв’ячна холодного живлення для переробки гуми. Предмет дослідження – процес виготовлення гумової суміши, за рахунок ефективності змішуванн сировини. Науково-практичне значення полягає в можливість підвищенні інтенсивності змішування матеріалу та продуктивності екструдера і розширення його технологічних можливостей. Рішення поставленої задачі досягається тим, що в екструдері для обробки і виробництва каучука і термопластичних мас, що підлягає переробці, надходить у завантажувальний отвір корпуса, де захоплюється нарізкою черв'яка й далі транспортується в напрямку розвантажувального отвору корпуса. Завдяки наявності на циліндричній ділянці черв'яка та стінці порожнини корпуса з боку зазначеної циліндричної ділянки черв'яка поздовжніх пазів із зазначеними ознаками забезпечується інтенсивний зсув термопласту під час взаємного переміщення відповідних пазів, розташованих на черв'яку і корпусі. Внаслідок наявності у пазів змінної глибини по довжині перероблюваний матеріал, проходячи вздовж зазначених поздовжніх пазів, інтенсивно перемішується по всій їх глибині.
dc.description.abstractotherThe purpose of the work is to modernize the casing and auger in the rubber processing single-worm machine. The object of the study is a cold-fed single-worm rubber processing machine for rubber processing. The subject of the study is the process of manufacturing rubber mixture, due to the efficiency of mixing raw materials. The scientific and practical significance lies in the possibility of increasing the intensity of material mixing and the productivity of the extruder and expanding its technological capabilities. The solution to the given problem is achieved by the fact that in the extruder for the processing and production of rubber and thermoplastic masses, the material to be processed enters the loading opening of the housing, where it is captured by the worm thread and further transported in the direction of the unloading opening of the housing. Due to the presence on the cylindrical part of the worm and the wall of the cavity of the body from the side of the specified cylindrical part of the worm, longitudinal grooves with the specified features ensure an intensive shift of the thermoplastic during the mutual movement of the corresponding grooves located on the worm and the body. Due to the presence of grooves of variable depth along the length, the processed material, passing along the specified longitudinal grooves, is intensively mixed throughout their depth.
