dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено дослідженню якісних ознак концепції Society 5.0. Визначено умови зародження й розвитку Індустрії 4.0, Індустрії 5.0 / Society 5.0. Авторами наголошено про поширення технологій на рівень соціокультурної сфери, що призвело до трансформації з Industry 4.0 до Society 5.0. Зазначено, що в Індустрії 5.0 здійснюється взаємодія кіберфізіологічної системи з використанням сенсорів з метою отримання інформації з мозку Людини, її міміки, реакції певних ділянок тіла Людини на подразники. Проте, Society 5.0 вбачається в інтеграції технології у різні сфери суспільного життя, зокрема Smart City, з метою забезпечення високих рівнів якості та безпеки життя, а також сталого розвитку суспільства. У статті проаналізовано базовий документ «Індустрія 5.0. Трансформаційна візія для Європи. Управління системними трансформаціями до стійкої промисловості» та виділено основні тренди для Smart City. Окрім ключових елементів, зазначених у даному документі, визначено додатковий – забезпечення стресостійкості (складові: здатність впоратися; вміння адаптуватися; відновлення після стресу). На рівні міста запропоновані такі правила забезпечення стресостійкості: «зміщення уваги підприємницьких структур з отримання прибутку на збалансований розвиток»; правило «антикрихкості». Приділено значну увагу прозорості екосистем відкритих даних для Smart City (основа: технічний стандарт OGD (Open Government Data)). Висновком роботи є виокремлення Society 5.0 як взаємодії для Smart City на рівні «Людина-Сфера проживання» чи «Людина-Ноосфера». На основі проведеного дослідження удо- сконалено науково-методичні засади функціонування Smart City з використання концепції «Industry 5.0» / «Society 5.0» для підвищення рівнів якості та безпеки життя Людина на основі використання новітніх технологічних досягнень, які, на відміну від існуючих, надають змогу на основі прозорості екосистем відкритих даних (технічний стандарт OGD (Open Government Data)) розбудовувати міську інфраструктуру на основі концепції «розумного» міста. Окресле- но практичне значення наукового пошуку цієї роботи, а саме рекомендації з поступового переходу проектування Smart City із засад Індустрії 4.0 на основі Індустрії 5.0, зокрема з використанням Cloud Technologies та Internet of Things.uk
dc.description.abstractotherThe article is devoted to the study of the qualitative characteristics of the concept of "Society 5.0". The conditions for the emergence and development of Industry 4.0, Industry 5.0/Society 5.0 are identified. The authors focus on the spread of technology to the level of the socio-cultural sphere, which led to the transformation of Industry 4.0 into Society 5.0. It is noted that in Industry 5.0, the cyber-physiological system interacts with sensors to obtain information from the human brain, its facial expressions and the reaction of certain parts of the human body to stimuli. Society 5.0, however, is seen as the integration of technologies in different areas of public life, especially in the Smart City, in order to ensure a high level of quality and safety of life, as well as the sustainable development of society. The article analyses the key document "Industry 5.0. A transformative vision for Europe. Managing systemic transformations towards a sustainable industry" and highlights the main trends for the Smart City. In addition to the key elements specified in this document, an additional one is defined – ensuring resilience (components: ability to cope; ability to adapt; recovery from stress). At the city level, the following rules are proposed to ensure resilience "shifting the attention of business structures from profit generation to balanced development"; the rule of antifragil ity. Much attention has been paid to the transparency of open data ecosystems for smart cities (base: OGD (Open Government Data) technical standard). The conclusion of the work is the identification of Society 5.0 as an interaction for the Smart City at the level of "Human-Living Sphere" or "Human-Noosphere". Based on the study, the scientific and methodological principles of the functioning of the Smart City have been improved, using the concept of "Industry 5.0" / "Society 5.0", in order to improve the quality and safety of human life by using the latest technological advances that allow, based on the transparency of open data ecosystems (technical standard OGD (Open Government Data)), the construction of urban infrastructure based on the concept of a Smart City. The practical significance of the scientific study of this work is indicated, namely recommendations for the gradual transition of the design of a smart city from the foundations of Industry 4.0 to the foundations of Industry 5.0, in particular using cloud technologies and the Internet of Things.uk
