dc.description.abstractenThe master's dissertation is presented on 75 pages, literary sources 52; figure 18, tables 7. Objective Confirm the distribution of personalized programs for physical rehabilitation of patients with cerebral palsy with the use of elements of the therapy; Research objectives: • According to the special literature, to study the current state and areas of improvement of physical therapy programs for patients with cerebral palsy; • Based on the data of the initial research and generalization of the experience of leading specialists, to improve the comprehensive program of physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy with stagnant elements of hippotherapy; • Visibility of special features of physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy with the use of elements of hippotherapy; • Development of the program of physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy with the use of elements of hippotherapy; • Precepts of the effectiveness of the development of physical rehabilitation programs for children with cerebral palsy with the use of elements of hippotherapy. Object of research: the process of physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy with the use of elements of hippotherapy. Subject of research: structure and development of programs for physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy with the use of elements of hippotherapy. Methods: theoretical analysis of scientific and technical literature and information sources related to the physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy with the use of elements of therapy; Clinical methods of pre-examination (an analytical look at the history of ailments, a look at the history, questionnaire, MRI); instrumental methods of preliminaries; pedagogical methods of advancement - pedagogical experimentation, caution, methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty: comprehensive individual rehabilitation approach in the development of physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy with the stasis of the elements of the hippotherapy; The practical significance of the results. The program of physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy has been broken up with the use of elements of hippotherapy, technical systems. The materials presented in the work can be used in the activities of specialized medical and rehabilitation institutions, sanatoriums, medical centers, in lectures of students of higher educational institutions in the specialty 227 Physical Therapy. Connection of work with scientific programs, plans, topics. Master's thesis was performed in accordance with the research plan "Development of technologies of physical therapy and technical means of their implementation" №01117U002933 from 01.04.2020 Department of Biosafety and Human Health KPI Sikorsky. According to the results of research, 1 scientific article were published.uk

Мета роботи: Удосконалити розробку персоналізованих програм фізичної реабілітації пацієнтів хворих на ДЦП з застосуванням елементів іппотерапії ; Завдання дослідження: • За даними спеціальної літератури вивчити сучасний стан і напрямки вдосконалення програм фізичної терапії для пацієнтів ДЦП ; • Ґрунтуючись на даних первинного дослідження та узагальненні досвіду провідних фахівців, удосконалити комплексну програму фізичної реабілітації дітей з ДЦП з застосуванням елементів іпотерапії; • Визначити особливості фізичної реабілітації дітей з ДЦП з застосуванням елементів іпотерапії; • Розробити програму фізичної реабілітації дітей з ДЦП з застосуванням елементів іпотерапії; • Дослідити ефективність розробленої програми фізичної реабілітації дітей з ДЦП з застосуванням елементів іпотерапії. Об’єкт дослідження: процес фізичної реабілітації дітей з ДЦП з застосуванням елементів іпотерапії. Предмет дослідження: структура і зміст програми фізичної реабілітації дітей з ДЦП з застосуванням елементів іпотерапії. Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз науково-методичної літератури та інформаційних джерел, що пов’язана з фізичної реабілітації дітей з ДЦП з застосуванням елементів іпотерапії; клінічні методи дослідження (аналітичний огляд історій хвороби, огляд з застосуванням анамнезу, анкетування, МРТ); інструментальні методи дослідження; педагогічні методи дослідження – педагогічні експерименти, спостереження, методи математичної статистики. Наукова новизна роботи: комплексний індивідуальний реабілітаційний підхід під час розробки програм фізичної реабілітації дітей з ДЦП з застосуванням елементів іпотерапії; Практичне значення отриманих результатів. Розроблена програма фізичної реабілітації дітей з ДЦП з застосуванням елементів іпотерапії, технічних засобів та систем. Матеріали, подані в роботі, можуть бути використані в діяльності спеціалізованих лікувальних і реабілітаційних закладів, санаторіїв, медичних центрів, на лекційних практичних заняттях студентів вищих навчальних закладів зі спеціальності 227 Фізична терапія. Зв’язок роботи з науковими програмами, планами, темами. Магістерська робота виконана відповідно до плану НДР «Розробка технологій фізичної терапії та технічних засобів їх здійснення» №01117U002933 від 01.04.2020 кафедри біобезпеки і здоров’я людини КПІ ім. Сікорського. За результатами досліджень опубліковано 1 наукову статтю.uk
