dc.description.abstract | This thesis is devoted to the study of various methods of manufacturing parts used in modern engineering and production. The main objective of this study is to analyse the feasibility and feasibility of producing a particular type of component with regard to quality, precision, manufacturing cost and environment. The research process considered traditional materials processing methods such as turning, milling, drilling and grinding, as well as modern technologies including laser cutting, electrospark processing, 3D printing and additive manufacturing. It is particularly important to compare these methods in terms of their strengths and weaknesses, and to integrate them into the manufacturing process. The results of the work include recommendations for choosing the optimal manufacturing method for various types of parts, taking into account the specifics of their design, material and operating conditions. The obtained data can be useful for design engineers, technologists and production management specialists when planning production and modernization of technological processes. | |
