dc.description.abstractenThe master's thesis on the topic: "Modeling the processes of unshadowing of the economy of Ukraine in the conditions of post-war recovery" contains 139 pages, 3 tables, 3 figures, 6 appendices. The list of links includes 61 titles. The relevance of the topic is that in 2021, about 31% of the entire GDP of the country was used in the shadow, however, according to the estimates of international experts and unofficial calculations, this figure may vary from 40% to 60%. While in developed countries with a high level of economic stability, the volume of the shadow economy varies from 7.8% to 13% of the total GDP. The 50% mark is critical for the country and hinders the normal development of the economy and the well-being of citizens. In the conditions of martial law, this indicator continues to grow. To restore the normal functioning of the economy in the post-war period, it is necessary to take decisive measures to reduce the shadow sector. Connection of work with scientific programs, plans, topics. The master's thesis for obtaining a master's degree was carried out at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Ihor Sikorskyi Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" in accordance with the scientific research plans of the Department of Economic Cybernetics on the topic "Globalization of directions for the formation of industrial potential in the conditions of post-industrial transformations" (№ DR 0112U007817). The role of the author is that the author summarized and substantiated the impact of crisis conditions on the level of the shadow sector of Ukraine and put forward assumptions about the growth of shadowing because of a full-scale invasion. The purpose and tasks of the work. The purpose of the work is to model the interaction of the hidden and official sectors of the economy, to determine the processes of unshadowing of the economy of Ukraine in the conditions of post-war recovery. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set: - Investigate the subject area: the phenomenon of the shadow economy, its condition in Ukraine, features and causes of its occurrence. - Based on statistical data, determine trends in the shadowing of the economy and contributing factors. - Using economic and mathematical modeling to determine the relationship between the shadow and official sectors of the economy. - Formulate a forecast of the state of the economy for the nearest period. - Develop recommendations on the possibilities of reducing the shadow sector for the post-war period, based on the obtained research results. Object and subject of research. The subject of the study is the influence of the military economy on the shadowing of the economy of Ukraine. The object of the study is the shadow sector of the economy of Ukraine. Research methods: - analysis of scientific sources. - classifications. - regression analysis. - induction and deduction. - mathematical analysis. - systematization. - generalization. Scientific novelty. This work consists in modeling the processes of unshadowing of the economy as a multi-component process of creating the conditions necessary for sustainable economic growth of Ukraine in the post-war recovery period. Practical significance. The results of the research described in this work can be used by the state in developing a systematic approach to solving the problem of the shadow economy. dc.description.abstractukМагістерська дисертація на тему: «Моделювання процесів детінізації економіки України в умовах повоєнного відновлення» містить 139 сторінок, 3 таблиці, 3 рисунки, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань нараховує 61 найменування. Актуальність теми полягає в тому, що за 2021 рік в тіні було задіяно близько 31% від всього ВВП країни, проте за оцінками міжнародних експертів та неофіційними підрахунками ця цифра може коливатись від 40% до 60%. В той час, як в розвинених країнах з високим рівнем економічної стабільності обсяги тіньової економіки коливаються від 7,8% до 13% від загального ВВП. Позначка в 50% є критичної для країни і перешкоджає нормальному розвитку економіки та благополуччю громадян. В умовах воєнного стану цей показник продовжує рости. Для відновлення нормально функціонування економіки в повоєнний період необхідно прийняти рішучі заходи до скорочення тіньового сектору. Зв’язок роботи з науковими програмами, планами, темами. Магістерська дисертація на здобуття ступеня магістра виконувалась в Національному технічному університеті України «Київський політехнічний інститут імені Ігоря Сікорського» відповідно до планів наукових досліджень кафедри економічної кібернетики за темою «Глобалізація напрямів формування промислового потенціалу в умовах постіндустріальних трансформацій» (N° ДР 0112U007817). Роль автора полягає в узагальненні та систематизації впливів кризових станів на рівень тіньового сектору України, а також висунуто припущення щодо росту тінізації, як наслідку повномасштабного вторгнення. Мета та завдання роботи. Метою роботи є моделювання взаємодії прихованого та офіційного сектору економіки, визначення процесів детінізації економіки України в умовах повоєнного відновлення. Для досягнення поставленої мети були поставлені такі завдання: - Дослідити предметну область: явище тіньової економіки, її стан в Україні, особливості та причини виникнення; - На основі статистичних даних визначити тенденції тінізації економіки та фактори, що сприяють; - За допомогою економіко-математичного моделювання визначити взаємозв’язок тіньового та офіційного сектору економіки; - Сформулювати прогноз стану економіки на найближчий період; - Розробити рекомендації щодо можливостей зменшення тіньового сектору на повоєнний період, на основі отриманих результатів досліджень. Об’єкт та предмет дослідження. Предметом дослідження є вплив воєнної економіки на тінізацію економіки України. Об’єктом дослідження є тіньовий сектор економіки України. Методи дослідження: - аналіз наукових джерел; - класифікації; - регресійний аналіз; - індукції та дедукції; - математичний аналіз; - систематизації; - узагальнення. Наукова новизна. В даній роботі вперше змодельовано процеси детінізації економіки, як мультикомпонентного процесу створення умов, необхідних для стійкого економічного зростання України в повоєнний період відновлення. Практична значущість. Результати дослідження описані в даній роботі, можуть бути використані державою при розробці систематизованого підходу до вирішення проблеми тіньової економіки.
