dc.description.abstractenThesis is devoted to the theory of conflict and the problem of social order in the writings of T. Parsons Thesis is devoted to the theory of conflict and the problem of social order in the works of T. Parsons. During the consideration of the topic it was determined that the conflict relationship is based on the fact that society has a conflict of interests, values, norms and that social order can be achieved through balance. This model makes it possible to say that the social order carries elements of social change through failures and tensions within the elements of the system. The first section examines the basic theoretical foundations of the views and opinions of Tolcott Parsons, as one of the most interesting representatives of structural functionalism. Particular attention is paid to his theories and basic concepts. The second section considers the concept of conflict theory and ways to resolve conflict situations within the structural functionalism of T. Parsons. The third section deals with the formation of social order in society and the place of conflict in the presented systems.uk
dc.description.abstractukДипломна робота присвячена розгляду теорії конфлікту і проблеми соціального порядку в роботах Т. Парсонса. В ході розгляду теми було визначено, що конфліктні відносини виходить з того, що суспільство має в собі конфлікт інтересів, цінностей, норм і що соціальний порядок можливо досягти шляхом балансу. Така модель дає можливість говорити, що соціальний порядок несе в собі елементи соціальних змін шляхом збоїв та напруги в середині елементів системи. У першому розділі роботи розглянуто основні теоретичні засади поглядів та думок Толкотта Парсонса, як одного з найцікавіших представників структурного функціоналізму. Особливу увагу приділено його теоріям та основним концепціям. У другому розділі розглянуто концепцію теорії конфліктів та шляхи вирішення конфліктних ситуацій в рамках структурного функціоналізму Т. Парсонса. В третьому розділі мова йде про формування соціального порядку в суспільстві та місце конфлікту в представлених системах.uk
