| dc.description.abstracten | Everywhere, especially in industrialized countries, there is a significant increase in diseases of the respiratory system, which have already reached the third and fourth place among the causes of mortality. As for, for example, lung cancer, this pathology for its prevalence is ahead of men and other malignant neoplasms. Such an increase in morbidity is primarily due to the everincreasing pollution of the air, smoking, and the growth of allergies of the population (primarily due to household chemical products). All this at the present time determines the relevance of timely diagnosis, effective treatment and prevention of respiratory diseases. Bronchial asthma - a disease characterized by a reversal of the design of the respiratory tract, caused by their inflammation and hyperreactivity. Bronchial asthma is the most widespread disease in the world, representing a significant social problem for both children and adults. Most often, they are ill for boys than girls (6% compared with 3.7%), but with the onset of puberty, the prevalence of the disease becomes the same in both sexes. Bronchial asthma occurs in all countries, regardless of the level of development, but its prevalence varies between populations, even within a single country. Bronchial asthma is more common in urban residents than in rural areas (7.1% and 5.7%, respectively). Over the past 20 years, the prevalence of this disease has increased significantly, especially among children. This disease, which has begun in children, in most cases lasts for adults, causing occupational constraints, disabilities, and in some cases deaths. Therefore, bronchial asthma is not only clinical but also a social problem. Therefore, such an actual scientific substantiation of the principles and the development of effective methods of treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of the need to strengthen the respiratory system of patients with bronchial asthma. | dc.description.abstractuk | Повсюдно, особливо в індустріально розвинених країнах, спостерігається значне зростання захворювань дихальної системи, які вийшли вже на третє-четверте місце серед причин смертності населення. Що ж стосується, наприклад, раку легень, то це патологія по її поширеності випереджає чоловіки й інші злоякісні новоутворення. Такий підйом захворюваності пов'язаний в першу чергу з постійно збільшується забрудненістю навколишнього повітря, курінням, зростання алергій населення (перш за все за рахунок продукції побутової хімії). Все це в даний час обумовлює актуальність своєчасної діагностики, ефективного лікування і профілактики хвороб органів дихання. Бронхіальна астма - захворювання, що характеризується оборотною об-конструкцією дихальних шляхів, викликаної їх запаленням і гіперреактивністю. Бронхіальна астма є найбільш поширеним у всьому світі захворюванням, що представляє значну соціальну проблему, як для дітей, так і для дорослих. Найчастіше нею хворіють хлопчики, ніж дівчатка (6% в порівнянні з 3,7%), проте з настанням пубертатного періоду поширеність захворювання стає однаковою у обох статей. Бронхіальна астма виникає у всіх країнах, незалежно від рівня розвитку, але її поширеність різниться між популяціями навіть всередині однієї країни. Бронхіальну астму частіше спостерігають у міських жителів, ніж у сільських (7,1% і 5,7% відповідно). За останні 20 років поширеність цього захворювання помітно зросла, особливо серед дітей. Це захворювання, розпочавшись у дітей, в більшості випадків триває у дорослих, будучи причиною професійних обмежень, інвалідності, а в ряді випадків і смертей. Тому бронхіальна астма не тільки клінічна, але і соціальна проблема. Тому таким актуальним наукове обгрунтування принципів і розробка ефективних методів лікування, реабілітації та профілактики необхідності зміцнення дихальної системи хворих на бронхіальну астму. | uk |
