dc.description.abstractenThe master's thesis on the topic "Dynamics of the boring process" consists of 61 sheets of A4 format and contains 22 conclusions, 24 tables. During the writing of the work, 24 sources were used, including articles, scientific works, methodological guidelines, manuals. Relevance of the topic. The process of boring holes is accompanied by the occurrence of dynamic phenomena in the form of vibrations and self-oscillations in the technologically processed system. The phenomena of vibrations and oscillations are determined by the characteristics of the parts of the elastic system and the dynamic properties of the cutting process and have a direct impact on the stability of the boring process, the characteristics of the machined surface, the calculation and selection of machine clamping devices. In this regard, there is a need to determine cutting modes in which the negative impact of vibrations on the technologically processed system and on the sustainability of the boring process will be minimized. The purpose of work. Determination of the influence of cutting modes on the stability of the boring process. Task of the study: Conduct an analysis of current research on the topic of boring dynamics; Determine current methods of eliminating vibrations during boring; Determine dynamic models of the technologically processed system when drilling holes; To determine the relationship of cutting modes to the stability of the process; Conduct modeling of dynamic phenomena during hole boring. dc.description.abstractukМагістерська дисертація на тему «Динаміка процесу розточування» складається з 64 аркуша формату А4 та містить 26 ілюстрацій, 24 таблиці. Під час написанні роботи було використано 24 літературних джерела серед яких статті, наукові роботи, методичні вказівки, посібники. Актуальність теми. Процес розточування отворів супроводжується виникненням динамічних явищ у вигляді вібрацій та автоколивань в технологічно оброблюваній системі. Явища вібрацій та коливань зумовлюються характеристиками частин пружної системи та динамічними властивостями процесу різання і мають безпосередній вплив на сталість процесу розточування, характеристики обробленої поверхні, розрахунок та вибір верстатних затискних пристроїв. В зв’язку з цим виникає необхідність у визначенні режимів різання при яких негативний вплив вібрацій на технологічно оброблювану систему та на сталість процесу розточування буде мінімізуватися. Мета роботи. Визначення впливу режимів різання на сталість процесу розточування. Завдання роботи. - Провести аналіз актуальних досліджень по темі динаміки розточування; - Визначити актуальні методи усунення вібрацій при розточуванні - Визначити динамічні моделі технологічно оброблюваної системи при розточуванні отворів; - Визначити зв’язок режимів різання на сталість процесу; - Провести моделювання динамічних явищ при розточуванні отворів. Об’єкт дослідження. Процес розточування. Предмет дослідження. Вібрації при розточуванні отворів. Наукова новизна.
