dc.description.abstractenThe master's dissertation is presented on 90 pages, 52 literary sources, including 7 foreign ones; Fig.12, table.5., Annex 2. Actuality of theme According to official statistics, the total number of children with disabilities is increasing by 0.5% per year, where one of the most common causes is cerebral palsy (CP). The purpose of treatment and rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy is to reduce the degree of disability, increase self-care opportunities, ie maximum adaptation to everyday life. All of the above determines the relevance and need for further study of this issue in the recovery of children with hemiparetic form of cerebral palsy, which became the basis for this master's thesis. Connection of work with scientific programs, plans, topics. The master's dissertation was performed in accordance with the research plan "Development of physical therapy technologies and technical means of their implementation" №0117 U 002938 Department of Biosafety and Human Health "KPI. Sikorsky ». Purpose: to substantiate and develop a program of physical rehabilitation for children with hemiparetic cerebral palsy. Task: • According to the literature to study the current state and areas of program improvement; • To study the possibilities and features of the use of modern methods of rehabilitation in children with hemiparetic form of cerebral palsy; • Develop a program of physical rehabilitation for children with hemiparetic cerebral palsy; • Conduct an experimental study of physical rehabilitation in children with hemiparetic form of cerebral palsy and analyze its effectiveness. Object of study: hemiparetic form of cerebral palsy. Subject of study: content and structure of the physical rehabilitation program for children with hemiparetic form of cerebral palsy. Research methods: clinical: complex clinical and neurological examination; modified Ashworth scale; assessment of children's motor development using the Gross Motor Function Measurment Score Sheet (GMFM) and the five-level system of classification of large motor functions (GMFCS); instrumental research methods: electroencephalography (EEG); magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain; analytical and statistical methods. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: • The peculiarities of cerebral palsy, its causes and clinical manifestations were studied, which made it possible to develop a program of physical therapy; • The complex application of modern means of physical rehabilitation, kinesiotaping and occupational therapy to restore mobility and improve muscle tone of children with disorders is justified. The practical significance of the results. The developed program of physical rehabilitation in children with hemiparetic form of cerebral palsy, allowed to increase the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment. The data of the master's dissertation can be used in the work of medical institutions, rehabilitation centers, sanatoriums and during the educational process in higher educational institutions of physical education and sports, departments of physical therapy and occupational therapy. According to the results of the study, 1 article was published.uk
dc.description.abstractukМагістерська дисертація викладена на 90 сторінках, літературних джерел 53, серед них 7 іноземних; рис.12, табл.5., додаток 2. Актуальність теми Згідно з офіційною статистикою, загальна кількість дітей-інвалідів збільшується на 0,5% на рік, де однією з найпоширеніших причин є церебральний параліч (ДЦП). Метою лікування та реабілітації дітей із ДЦП є зниження ступеня інвалідності, збільшення можливостей самообслуговування, тобто максимальна адаптація до повсякденного життя. Все викладене вище визначає актуальність та необхідність подальшого вивчення данного питання у відновленні дітей з геміпаретичною формою ДЦП, що і стало підставою для виконання цієї магістерської дисертації. Зв’язок роботи з науковими програмами, планами, темами. Магістерська дисертація виконана відповідно до плану НДР «Розробка технологій фізичної терапії та технічних засобів їх здійснення» №0117 U 002938 кафедри біобезпеки і здоров’я людини «КПІ ім. Сікорського». Мета роботи: обґрунтувати та розробити програму фізичної реабілітації у дітей з геміпаретичною формою ДЦП. Завдання: • За даними літературних джерел вивчити сучасний стан і напрямки вдосконалення програм; • Вивчити можливості та особливості використання сучасних методик реабілітації у дітей з геміпаретичною формою ДЦП; • Розробити програму фізичної реабілітації у дітей з геміпаретичною формою ДЦП; • Провести експериментальне дослідження фізичної реабілітації у дітей з геміпаретичною формою ДЦП та проаналізувати її ефективність. Об’єкт дослідження – геміпаретична форма дитячого церебрального паралічу. Предмет дослідження – зміст та структура програми фізичної реабілітації у дітей з геміпаретичною формою ДЦП. Методи дослідження: клінічні: комплексне клініко-неврологічне обстеження; модифікована шкала Ашворта; оцінка рухового розвитку дітей за допомогою шкали великих моторних функцій Gross Motor Function Measurment Score Sheet (GMFM) та п'ятирівневої системи класифікації великих моторних функцій (GMFCS); інструментальні методи дослідження: електроенцефалографія (ЕЕГ); магнітнорезонансна томографія (МРТ) головного мозку; аналітико-статистичні методи. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів: • Вивчені особливості проявів ДЦП, його причини та клінічні прояви, що дало можливість для розробки програми фізичної терапії; • Обґрунтовано комплексне застосування сучасних засобів фізичної реабілітації, кінезіотейпування та ерготерапії для відновлення рухливості і поліпшення м’язового тонусу дітей з розладами. Практичне значення отриманих результатів. Розроблена програма фізична реабілітація у дітей з геміпаретичною формою ДЦП, дозволила підвищити ефективність відновного лікування. Дані магістерської дисертації можуть бути використанні в роботі медичних закладів, реабілітаційних центрах, санаторіях та під час навчального процесу у вищих навчальних закладах з фізичного виховання і спорту, кафедрах фізичної терапії та ерготерапії. За результатами дослідження було опубліковано 1 статтю.uk
