| dc.description.abstracten | Actuality of theme. It is impossible to imagine the modern work of the company without documents, they can be of different types: primary documents, internal documents, statutory documents, and used for various purposes, but in any case the company generates a large number of documents. the enterprise will work faster when people can work with documents faster. Currently, most companies use ERP-systems, which allow you to digitize many important business processes for the company. Most business processes in enterprises are related to documents in different ways. This is due to the fact that most transactions must have some documented evidence in order to have legal force and be protected by law. Examples of such documents are: checks, invoices, deeds, etc. Modern companies, moving away from the traditional work of documents and in order to overcome technical, financial and speed barriers, tend to use Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). The benefits of EDMS are well known: increased document security, control at every stage, reliable backup, high level of document management and low archiving costs, better version control, better management and search capabilities. Combining document management systems with a business process management system allows you to connect content and processes at all levels of the enterprise. The right information for the right people at the right time is critical in optimizing business processes and the speed of the enterprise. The object of study is the optimization of document flow in the enterprise. The subject of the study are ways to optimize the flow of documents in the enterprise. Purpose: development of new techniques of document flow optimization at the enterprise. The scientific novelty is as follows: 1. A method for optimizing document management using an electronic document management system is proposed. 2. The software implementation of the electronic document management system and the integration of the developed document management system with the IT-Enterprise platform. The practical value of significantly improving the speed of document processing in the enterprise significantly increases the quality and speed of decision-making, which in turn affects the success of the enterprise. Approbation of work. The main provisions and results of the work were presented and discussed at the 1. XIV scientific conference of undergraduates and graduate students "Applied Mathematics and Computing" PMK-2021 (Kyiv, November 17-19, 2021). 2. VIII International Scientific and Technical Internet Conference "Modern Methods, Information, Software and Technical Support of the Management System of Organizational, Technical and Technological Complexes" (Kyiv, November 26, 2021). Structure and scope of work. The master's dissertation consists of an introduction, four chapters and conclusions. The introduction presents a general description of the work, assesses the current state of the problem, substantiates the relevance of the research direction, formulates the purpose and objectives of research and shows the practical value of the work. The first section discusses the main modern document management systems that are presented on the Ukrainian market, the software that implements them, their advantages and disadvantages. The second section provides information about the methods, algorithms and tools used to process program code in the master's thesis. The third section describes the developed software package and stages of its implementation. The fourth section contains testing of this software package to prove the correctness of the work. The conclusions present the results of the work. The work is presented on 80 sheets, contains references to the list of used literature sources. | uk |

Неможливо уявити сучасну роботу підприємства без документів, вони можуть бути різного типу: первинні документи, внутрішні документи, уставні документи, та використовуватись для різних цілей, але в будь-якому разі підприємство генерує велику кількість документів и чим швидше відповідальні особи зможуть їх обробити, тим швидше буде працювати підприємство. Наразі, на більшості підприємств використовують ERP-системи, які дають змогу цифрувати багато важливих для компанії бізнес-процесів. Більшість бізнес процесів на підприємствах, в різний спосіб зв’язані з документами. Це зумовлено тим, що більшість операцій повинні мати якесь документоване підтвердження, для того щоб мати юридичну силу та захищатися законом. Прикладом таких документів можуть бути: чеки, рахунки, акти, тощо. Сучасні компанії, відходять від традиційної роботи з документів та з метою подолання технічних, фінансових та швидкісних бар'єрів, тяжіють до використання Систем електронного документообігу (СЕД). Переваги СЕД широко відомі: підвищена захищеність документів, контроль на кожному етапі, надійне резервне копіювання, високий рівень керування документами і низькі витрати на архівування, кращий контроль версій, кращі можливості управління та пошуку. Об’єднання систем документообігу з системою управління бізнес-процесами дає змогу з’єднати зміст і процеси на всіх рівнях підприємства. Правильна інформація для потрібних людей у потрібний час критичне в оптимізації бізнес-процесів, та швидкості роботи підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження засоби оптимізації документообігу на підприємстві. Предметом дослідження є способи оптимізації документообігу на підприємстві. Мета роботи: розробка нових засобів оптимізації документообігу на підприємстві. Наукова новизна полягає в наступному: 1. Запропоновано методику оптимізації документообігу за допомогою системи електронного документообігу. 2. Розроблено програмну реалізацію системи електронного документообігу та інтеграція розробленої системи документообігу з платформою IT-Enterprise. Практична цінність значне покращення швидкості обробки документів на підприємстві значно збільшує якість та швидкість прийняття рішень, що в свою чергу впливає на успішність підприємства. Апробація роботи. Основні положення і результати роботи були представлені та обговорювались на 1. XIV науковій конференції магістрантів та аспірантів «Прикладна математика та комп’ютинг» ПМК-2021 (Київ, 17-19 листопада 2021 р.). 2. VІIІ Міжнародній науково-технічній Internet-конференції «Сучасні методи, інформаційне, програмне та технічне забезпечення систем керування організаційно-технічними та технологічними комплексами» (Київ, 26 листопада 2021р.). Структура та обсяг роботи. Магістерська дисертація складається з вступу, чотирьх розділів та висновків. У вступі подано загальну характеристику роботи, зроблено оцінку сучасного стану проблеми, обґрунтовано актуальність напрямку досліджень, сформульовано мету і задачі досліджень та показано практичну цінність роботи. У першому розділі розглянуто основні сучасні системи документообігу які представлені на українському ринку, програмне забезпечення, яке їх реалізує, їх переваги та недоліки. У другому розділі наведено відомості про методи, алгоритми та інструменти, які використовуються для обробки програмного коду в магістерській роботі. У третьому розділі подано опис розробленого програмного комплексу та етапів його реалізації. У четвертому розділі міститься тестування даного програмного комплексу з метою доведення правильності роботи. У висновках представлені результати проведеної роботи. Робота представлена на 80 аркушах, містить посилання на список використаних літературних джерел. | uk |
