dc.description.abstractУ роботі здійснено комплексне теоретичне узагальнення та емпіричне соціологічне дослідження сімейної медіації як інструменту оптимізації комунікативної взаємодії між членами родини в умовах конфліктної ситуації. Проаналізовано основні наукові підходи до розуміння сімейної медіації, досліджено особливості комунікації у сімейних конфліктах, охарактеризовано принципи, етапи та техніки медіаційного процесу. Особливу увагу приділено специфіці конфліктів у сім'ях військовослужбовців в умовах повномасштабного воєнного вторгнення — зокрема, труднощам комунікації після тривалих розлук та особливостям реінтеграції партнерів. Емпіричне дослідження проведено методом глибинного напівструктурованого інтерв'ю з шістьма учасниками сімейної медіації; отримані дані опрацьовано методом тематичного аналізу. Встановлено, що ефективність медіації визначається структурою процедури як соціального інституту, а не особистісними характеристиками медіатора. Виявлено принципову відмінність між природою конфліктів у цивільних сім'ях і сім'ях військовослужбовців: у перших вони мають переважно ситуативний характер, у других — зумовлені структурними змінами у сімейній системі внаслідок тривалої розлуки. Сформульовано практичні рекомендації для медіаторів, соціальних служб та організацій, що працюють із сім'ями військовослужбовців.
dc.description.abstractotherThe paper provides a comprehensive theoretical analysis and empirical sociological investigation of family mediation as a tool for optimizing communicative interaction between family members in conflict situations. The main scientific approaches to understanding family mediation are analyzed, the specifics of communication in family conflicts are examined, and the principles, stages, and techniques of the mediation process are described. Special attention is given to the nature of conflicts in military families in the context of full-scale war — particularly communication difficulties following prolonged separations and the challenges of partner reintegration. The empirical research was conducted through in-depth semi-structured interviews with six participants in family mediation; the data were analyzed using thematic analysis. It was established that the effectiveness of mediation is determined by the structure of the procedure as a social institution rather than by the personal characteristics of the mediator. A fundamental distinction was identified between the nature of conflicts in civilian families and military families: in the former, conflicts are predominantly situational; in the latter, they are driven by structural changes in the family system caused by prolonged separation. Practical recommendations are formulated for mediators, social services, and organizations working with military families.
