Access to the full texts of ELAKPI materials is open on the Internet, except for:
• part of the materials in faculties/departments communities, uploaded before 2016: available on university local net (it is indicated in their description);
• technical reports: available only for reading on computers in hall № 6.6 of the Library;
• dissertations and dissertation abstracts submitted before 2016: available only for reading on computers in hall № 6.6 of the Library.
