Many people have lost their jobs and are forced to change the type of activity. New needs have emerged: the country needs to be rebuilt. Although the situation begins to stabilize gradually, because the business adapts and begins to work, but the war is ongoing, so it is a difficult task to predict the further development of the labor market today. It can be said unambiguously that in the general form in the labor market of Ukraine has already taken place and continue to take place dramatic changes related to the forced closure of many enterprises and, as a consequence, the dismissal of employees, mainly in the territories where active fighting is conducted. Positive phenomena are social governmental support for business and employees, relaxation of part of the enterprises, that is, their movement to safe regions, reorientation to the consumer market, expansion of capacity by meeting military and civilian needs, etc. What professions will need the labor market after the war, it is difficult to predict, but it is logical to assume that these will be specialists in the field of service, construction, medicine, logistics, IT, agrarian sector. All these specialties are divided, in turn, by many sub-category, which can in the future become a separate required activity.Документ Відкритий доступ Development of an automated system for determining the “id of the competitive proposal” of the specialty (educational program)(Вісник Хмельницького національного університету, 2022) lytvyn, Oleg; Makatora, Dmytro; Dzhikiya, NellieThe paper presents the results of the implementation of automated systems and the definition of the "ID of the competitive proposal" of the specialty (educational program) depending on the selected criteria, namely: educational level; admission base; specialty; form of education; the deadline for submitting documents allows you to choose CP in two versions: "Dates depending on the CP" – the search by date is not performed and all available competitive proposals are displayed in accordance with other criteria and "At the moment " – a search for competitive proposals that are available at a moment is added to the search criteria, which makes it possible to determine the "ID of the tender proposal". A flowchart of the algorithm has been developed that implements the above-described actions of automated systems and the definition of the “ID of the competitive proposal". The system has an adaptive design, and can be downloaded to various mobile devices, which will allow you to have information at the fingertips. Also, the system has a short reaction time, reduces the load on the server (since after receiving information from the database, it is processed on the user's computer). The automated system for determining the "ID of the competitive proposal" was posted on the https://www.vstup.org/konkurs portal, and the link to it on the site https://iino.knuba.edu.ua/. The system was tested during the admission campaign 2022 in the separate structural section and "Institute of Innovative Education of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture", confirmed its performance, the number of users who used the system was 1298 people, which is equal to 92% of the total number of applications for admission.Документ Відкритий доступ Mathematical study of the influence of knife geometry with arc-like cross-sectional shape on the process of longitudinal felt cutting(Сумський національний аграрний університет, 2022) Makatora, Dmytro; Makatora, Alona; Zenkin, MykolaA promising study is the design and improvement of machines for longitudinal cutting of materials with minimal energy costs to perform the technological process of cutting due to the geometry of the cutting tool. The article considers the issues of reducing energy costs for the process of longitudinal cutting when using a knife blade with an arcuate cross-section. The analysis is carried out, the effective method of the analysis of influence of size of a backlash between generators of transporting rollers and size of distance from a vertical axis of rotation of transporting rollers to an edge of a knife blade with an arc-shaped cross section on the total size to determine the necessary settings in the machine of longitudinal cutting for felt, as well as to verify the reliability of analytical and experimental models of the process of longitudinal cutting with a knife with an arcuate cross-sectional shape. To determine the total amount of losses during longitudinal cutting of the material and the number of losses due to friction of the material on the face of a fixed knife with an arcuate crosssectional shape, as well as linear cutting force, a two-factor experiment was conducted for the study model. The obtained regression equations describe the total amount of losses during longitudinal cutting of the material and the number of losses due to friction of the material on the face of a stationary knife with an arcuate cross-section, suggest the adequacy of analytical and experimental models made earlier. Also make the necessary adjustments, namely, to adjust the degree of compression of the material and set the edge of the knife blade relative to the vertical axis of the transport rollers to reduce friction losses on the edge of the knife, which in turn reduces energy costs for longitudinal cutting. Comparing the total values of losses in the longitudinal cutting of the material of a knife with one-sided sharpening and a knife with an arcuate cross-section, allows you to talk about the feasibility of using a knife with an arcuate cross-section, which will reduce energy costs for the process.Документ Відкритий доступ An innovative mechanism for managing the development of advertising content on educational platforms(AD ALTA-Journal of Interdisciplinary Research, 2022) Makatora, Dmytro; Lytvyn, Oleg; Makatora, Alona; Zenkin, MykolaThe current situation with the quarantine regime and measures aimed at combating COVID-19 has led to the intensification of the development of educational platforms by the private and public sectors, as well as scientific and public ones. It is an approach that focuses on balanced development, taking into account the needs of the present without compromising the needs of future generations. At the economic level, sustainable construction contributes to the creation of efficient and energy-saving buildings, which helps to reduce heating and cooling costs. It also reduces the impact of construction on financial resources through the use of more cost-effective materials and technologies. This research aims at identifying theoretical concepts and practical ways of economic, environmental and construction development of architectural and economic concept of low-rise buildings for achieving economic stability and sustainable development of the country. In order to create the concept of sustainable development, it is recommended to base it on the circular economy model. This model provides for the reuse of materials. The unacceptability of using materials that cannot be reused is the main principle of this model. This means that, without producing waste or polluting the environment, resources should be used efficiently and in a circular manner. It should be noted that the cost of building houses and apartments in this type of development needs to be identified in detail when analysing the cost of low-rise development. The cost of developing infrastructure such as engineering and transport, and the cost of maintaining engineering networks and transport communications must also be considered. In general, the feasibility study also includes the cost of land and legal regulation. According to the authors, maximum economic efficiency can be achieved by concentrating on developing two to four-storeyed buildings. In low-rise residential buildings, there are two ways to save energy. Firstly, by reducing energy consumption from external sources through the installation of autonomous or local technical systems. Secondly, by using energy-efficient buildings that use alternative energy sources, energy savings can be achieved. One of the key concepts of modern housing is considered to be the active house. This means that modern economic concepts need to be applied. For example, the principle of “zero waste” and the model of a circular economy based on this principle require that the generation of waste be reduced or avoided as much as possible. In the case of old buildings, the principle of zero waste means that these buildings should be easy to dismantle without generating a significant amount of waste. One of the possible uses of these materials is to create new building materials or to produce other goods. The conclusions show that economic resilience, sustainable development and improved quality of life in the country can be achieved by using the architectural and economic concept of low-rise buildings. This has great potential to create a sustainable and prosperous society in the future, but requires an integrated approach and collaboration between different stakeholders.Документ Відкритий доступ A Coordination Mechanism for Parallel Learning between Higher Educational Institutions in Different Countries Worldwide(Sciedu Press, 2023) Makatora, Dmytro; Zenkin, Mykola; Mykhalko, Anastasiia; Kovalоv, Yuriі; Pleshko, SergeyEducational institutions are a unique system, much more complex than other areas of economic and social life (security, transportation, communications), as it is closely linked to all industries, as well as spiritual and material aspects of both the past and the present. Environmental awareness contributes to the preservation of natural resources, the solution of environmental problems, the promotion of innovation and the strengthening of competitiveness. It is only through the combination of environmental principles and effective management strategies that we can create a future that is beneficial to both our economy and nature. The study aims to define theoretical concepts and applied ways of economic and environmental development of architecture and construction. The main idea of the economic efficiency of architecture and construction consists in promoting the construction and reconstruction of architectural objects through the introduction of cost-effective technologies and solutions. This includes using alternative energy sources, energy-efficient materials and heating and cooling systems, and rationalising space to optimise usage. Such measures will bring economic benefits to owners and occupiers of buildings by reducing energy consumption and energy costs. There will also be a positive impact on the environment through the reduction of carbon emissions and other pollutants. The “passive house” concept is the subject of analysis. It is noted that there has been a significant increase in interest in the construction of passive houses from secondary materials such as concrete, glass and metal. In Germany, in particular, there are special plants that process this type of waste and use it for the production of building materials for energy-efficient houses. According to the authors, systemic factors need to be considered when designing economic, organisational and technological support for installing energy-efficient buildings. The energy-economic model of energy consumption in the construction and operation of building structures includes the following important factors: natural and climatic factors, which determine the environmental suitability of the area and the energy costs for maintaining sanitary and hygienic parameters in the building premises; microclimate, which depends on the optimal thermal, air and light conditions created by the enclosing structures. The conclusions state that the efficient use of limited resources and the use of environmentally friendly technologies are at the heart of the economic approach to sustainable development. This includes optimising how raw materials get extracted and processed, creating environmentally friendly products and waste management. An integrated approach and cooperation between all stakeholders – government, companies, organisations and the public – is needed to ensure the economic and environmental development of the architecture and construction industry. Modernising processes and using innovative technologies is one of the ways to achieve this goal. This will ensure sustainable industry growth, efficient use of natural resources and balanced social development.Документ Відкритий доступ Features preparation of the project manager in the architecture and construction industry(Київський національний університет технологій та дизайну, 2023) Makatora, Dmytro; Yashchenko, Oleksii; Kubanov, RuslanThe architectural and construction sphere is very relevant in the modern world with numerous social, economic and technological challenges. There is evidence that investment, especially foreign investment, is not only an instrument of development, but also a method of regulation of the economy by means of capital transfers. The peculiarities of the assessment of the effectiveness of investment projects in the field of architecture and construction are under consideration. The relevance and practical significance of the closed-loop economy are demonstrated. The implementation of energy saving technologies in the EU countries, which have been successfully applied in the energy markets of Ukraine, is the subject of analysis. It proves that besides energy efficiency it is important to implement the concept of “smart city”. Certain areas of the study show that the updating and improvement of building codes and architectural practices is an important component of the economic development of Ukraine. The introduction of modern technologies and standards in construction can have a positive impact on the competitiveness of Ukrainian companies. It can help create new jobs and increase construction activity. The development of the construction industry will also contribute to the implementation of infrastructure and housing projects, which will have a positive impact on regional development and the quality of life of the population. It should be noted that the harmonisation of the Ukrainian legislation with the European standards will facilitate the easy integration of the country into the European and global economic space. In particular, by reducing technical barriers and creating synergies between standards, it facilitates trade in Ukrainian products and services. However, since harmonisation requires legislative changes, adaptation to new standards and training of specialists, it is a complex and time-consuming process. The conclusions state that in adopting European standards in construction and architecture, Ukraine is not only adapting to the modern requirements of the time, but is also taking a strategic step that will open wide opportunities for the country in the international arena, bringing economic benefits and improving the quality of life of its citizens. Implementing these changes will require the combined efforts of government, business and civil society, but the results will provide a solid foundation for the country’s sustainable development and European integration.Документ Відкритий доступ Sustainable development and architecture: economic feasibility of dualistic construction(Хмельницький національний університет (Україна), 2024) Yashchenko, Oleksii; Makatora, Dmytro; Kubanov, Ruslan; Ященко, Олексій Федорович; Макатьора, Дмитро Анатолійович; Кубанов, Руслан АнатолійовичThe characteristics, principles, and directions of sustainable development in architecture have been identified. The economic feasibility of implementing sustainable development in architecture has been substantiated. The Fourth Industrial Revolution has been considered in the context of sustainable development. The authors suggest utilising the latest technologies and innovations to enhance production efficiency, reduce emissions through the implementation of clean technologies, and utilise resources rationally. By combining the opportunities presented by the Fourth Industrial Revolution with sustainable development approaches, it is possible to achieve a balance between economic, social, and environmental aspects of development. Sustainable architecture aims to minimise negative environmental impacts and improve building performance by consuming fewer resources, reducing waste, and creating a functional and productive environment. The text discusses the importance of sustainable principles in architecture, including adaptability of architecture, recycling of resources, use of sustainable and renewable materials, and energy efficiency. The economic feasibility of applying sustainable principles in design has also been considered and justified. Additionally, the text provides examples of innovative architectural designs. This is a crucial step towards implementing sustainable building practices. The adaptability of architecture enhances space efficiency by enabling areas to serve various functions based on user requirements. Resource recycling minimises waste and the expense of extracting new materials. The use of sustainable and renewable materials aids in reducing the ecological impact of construction. Energy efficiency helps to decrease energy consumption and GHG emissions. Further research and innovative architectural designs can accelerate the development of sustainable construction and promote its wider adoption in the future. The authors suggest that taking into account the costs of building, maintaining, and operating buildings, as well as a balanced cost-benefit ratio, can significantly influence decision-making in the design and construction process. The authors argue that implementing environmental solutions in architecture may raise the initial project cost. However, in the long run, it can lead to significant economic benefits by reducing energy and maintenance costs, as well as increasing the overall value of the building.
