Документ Відкритий доступ Excitation and distribution of surface of acoustic waves in Z-CUT ZnO single crystals(OSLO, 2021) Linchevskyi, Igor ValentinovichIn this work, for ZnO single crystals, analytical expressions are obtained for the components of the displacement vector of surface acoustic waves (SAW) generated by a single electrode and an interdigital transducer. The dependences of the SAW amplitudes, as well as the change in phase-matching frequencies in ZnO single crystals, depending on the thickness of the metallization layer, are found. It is shown that when a magneto-optical crystal is placed between a magneto-passive substrate and a magnetostrictive ferite, the mechanical stresses in the crystal are additionally enhanced under the conditions of magnetomechanical resonance. An additional increase in the variable component of the Faraday effect can reach 50% compared to a single-layer structure. It is shown that the type of modulator under consideration is characterized by an initial phase delay of the variable component of the Faraday effect up to 30–60 at the time of resonance
