The principles of construction of control systems for an electromechanical system with a significant eccentricity of the load are considered, the features of their operation are determined. An updated model of the electric drive of the washing machine with a significant nonlinearity of the load moment has been developed. The optimal drum speed controller was synthesized by the method of dynamic programming, consisting of the sum of linear and cubic components. The study of the system's performance was carried out by the method of digital modeling using the MATLAB mathematical environment and its Simulink application. A simplified procedure of hardware configuration of distributed automation systems and development of automation, and control systems with diagram examples is presented as well. Its level is an important symbol to measure the degree of industrial modernization of a country and it is also an important basic industry with strategic significance in national defense construction. The new generation of production tools of intelligence is an important means to realize digitalization, automation, networking and intellectualization of production. This paper uses PLC to connect CNC machine tools and ground rail dual-arm handling robots to form a fully automatic processing unit through overall design, hardware design, electrical design and program design which improves productivity, reduces labor costs, and makes the whole production process orderly and controllable. In addition, the processing unit integrates several sections such as quality inspection, industrial identification and logistics transportation etc. In the later stage, a largescale automatic production line composed of several processing equipment can be formed through expansion. MES system can also be equipped that is production information management system for workshop execution level of manufacturing enterprises. It can provide data analysis and processing functions for enterprises including manufacturing data management ,production planning management production scheduling management inventory management, quality management and so on. With the acceleration of urbanization, problems such as difficulty in parking and low parking efficiency are becoming increasingly prominent, especially in high-density areas, where traditional manual parking methods can no longer meet the needs. Therefore, an automated and intelligent parking management system has become an important way to solve this problem. To this end, this study developed a hydraulically powered car transfer system, which aims to achieve automatic car transfer between ground and underground parking lots through an efficient and stable lifting mechanism. In terms of system design, the layout and capacity of existing parking lots were first analyzed. By statistically analyzing the capacity and traffic flow data of underground parking lots in a certain urban area, it was found that the utilization rate of underground parking lots reached 85%, but due to the lack of an effective transfer system, there were problems such as long waiting time for vehicles and complex operations. Based on this problem, this paper designed an automatic transfer system with hydraulic scissor lift as the core. The system uses a hydraulic power device to drive the lift, and through precise control algorithms and system scheduling, it achieves efficient transfer of vehicles between ground and underground parking lots. In terms of experiments and simulations, the study constructed a mathematical model of the system and verified its performance in a simulation environment. By comparing the efficiency of the existing traditional manual transfer and this system, the experimental results show that the automated transfer system can improve the vehicle transfer efficiency by more than 30% under the same traffic volume, while greatly reducing the workload of operators. The design parameters of the system, such as lifting speed, load capacity, and power of the hydraulic system, have been precisely calculated and optimized to ensure stability and efficient operation under high load conditions. The results of this study not only provide a new technical solution for the parking lot transfer system, but also provide a certain basis for the development of smart parking lots.
