Анотація
The relationship between the high level of professionalism of a lawyer and the level of critical thinking is analyzed. It is noted that the effectiveness of a lawyer's activity depends on his ability to quickly and clearly respond to practical problems, professionally solve them, analyze and evaluate them. The skills and abilities that each person acquires in the process of learning, and then improves the flow of life - to be able to ask relevant questions, build proofs, draw analogies, put forward hypotheses, explain are presented. It is emphasized that "Critical thinking" is an individual's ability to unbiasedly know and feel the surrounding reality, to go beyond traditional frameworks and possibilities of world perception. We consider the process of developing critical thinking in English language classes and present the main skills that can be introduced.
