Анотація
The problem of forming student’s soft skills such as creativity, ability to learn, analytical thinking, critical thinking during the English lessons has been presented. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the concept of "soft skills" and the importance of these skills in the modern world. The stages of working with the text based on the technology of the flipped class when the above-mentioned communication skills are formed have been considered. Such stages as the introductory stage, the stage of familiarization with the text, the stage of semanticization, the stage of training, the stage of consolidation, and the stage of control have been distinguished.
