dc.description.abstractLes brevets d’invention en tant que forme de communication écrite du discours scientifique ont des éléments caractéristiques, qui font l’objet de l’analyse particulier pour former la compétence professionnelle du futur traducteur de textes techniques français en ukrainien. L’arsenal de ces éléments réside dans la spécificité de leur fonctionnement et de leur utilisation. Ainsi, il affecte directement le choix des méthodes et des techniques de traduction lors du traitement et de la production de texte technique dans la langue de traduction. Les particularités des textes des brevets d’invention sont directement liées à la spécificité de la formation des termes du système terminologique français. Cela pose le problème du choix des stratégies et des techniques de traduction, en tenant compte des particularités et des différences de la langue de traduction. La différence entre la langue du texte source et la langue du texte traduit au niveau du micro-texte oblige le traducteur à choisir une variété de techniques de traduction qui font l’objet de notre analyse, étant donné le besoin croissant de promouvoir la recherche dans le domaine de la traduction scientifique et technique vers l’ukrainien. Après tout, l’exigence du programme universitaire pour les étudiants du premier niveau de l’enseignement supérieur est de former la compétences dans l’analyse préliminaire du texte source et de ses éléments constitutifs pour leur reproduction adéquate lors de la traduction et de la production de textes techniques écrits dans la langue ukrainienne. D’où est le besoin urgent d’étudier les spécificités de la traduction des textes du brevet en ukrainien en tant que forme du texte technique écrit. Visant nos recherches antérieures à analyser un large éventail de classifications des transformations de traduction de divers spécialistes nationaux et étrangers dans le domaine de la traduction, nous avons choisi le système de V.N. Komissarov, qui divise les techniques et les transformations de traduction en lexicales, grammaticales et lexico-grammticales. Sur la base de l’étude, une série de techniques de traduction qui sont le plus souvent utilisées dans la traduction ukrainienne des termes des brevets français ont été identifiées. On a établi un lien entre les particularités du système terminologique français et le choix de la technique de traduction en ukrainien. Parmi les types productifs de formation de thermes du brevet français, la nomination simple, la dérivation, la confixation, la compositon, l’abréviation ont été distinguées. Parmi les techniques de traduction visant à résoudre les difficultés de la traduction en ukrainien, liées au principe d’équivalence fonctionnelle du texte traduit, les méthodes de transcription, translittération, calque, concrétisation, généralisation, modulations sémantique, syntaxque et grammaticale sont analysées.uk
dc.description.abstractotherПатенти на винахід як форма письмової комунікації наукового дискурсу мають характерні елементи, які є предметом особливої уваги та аналізу для формування професійної компетентності майбутнього перекладача французьких технічних текстів українською мовою. Арсенал цих елементів складає специфіку їх функціонування та вживання. Отже, він безпосередньо впливає на вибір способів та технік перекладу під час обробки та продукування технічного тексту мовою перекладу. Особливості текстів патентів на винахід напряму пов’язані зі специфічною природою утворення термінів французької термінологічної системи. Звідси виникає проблема вибору перекладацьких стратегій та прийомів, враховуючи особливості та відмінності мови перекладу. Різниця між мовою вихідного тексту та мовою тексту перекладу вимагає від перекладача вибору різноманітних перекладацьких технік та прийомів, які є предметом нашого аналізу, враховуючи зростаючу необхідність у пропагуванні досліджень саме у галузі науковотехнічного перекладу українською мовою. На підставі проведеного дослідження було визначено серію перекладацьких прийомів, які найчастіше застосовуються в українському перекладі термінів французьких патентів. Серед продуктивних типів термінотворення французького патенту було виокремлено просту номінацію, деривацію, словоскладання, запозичення та скорочення. З поміж перекладацьких технік та прийомів, які спрямовані на вирішення труднощів перекладу українською мовою, пов’язаних із забезпеченням принципу функціональної еквівалентності тексту перекладу, проаналізовано прийоми транскрипції, транслітерації, калькування, конкретизації, генералізації, модуляції семантичної, синтаксичної та граматичної.uk

Patents for invention as a form of written communication of scientific discourse have distinctive elements that are the subject of special attention and analysis for the formation of professional competence of the future translator of French technical texts into the Ukrainian language. The range of these elements constitutes the particularities of their functioning and application. Consequently, it has a direct impact on the choice of translation methods and techniques in processing and producing of a technical text in the target language. The characteristics of patent texts are directly associated with the specific nature of the French terminological system, hence the problem of selecting translation strategies and techniques considering the peculiarities and differences in the target language. The variation between the language of the source text and the language of the target text at the micro level requires the translator to choose a diverse range of translation techniques and methods, which is the subject of our analysis, given the ever-increasing need to promote research specifically in the field of scientific and technical translation into Ukrainian. Indeed, a requirement of the university curriculum for undergraduate students of the first bachelor level of education is to develop competence in the preliminary analysis of the source text and its constituent elements for their adequate reproduction in the translation and production of written technical texts in the state language. As a result, there is an urgent need for research into the specifics of translating patent texts as a form of written technical text into the Ukrainian language. Since we are directing our initial research towards the analysis of a wide range of existing classifications of translational transformations by various national and foreign specialists, we have chosen to focus on Komissarov’s system, which segregates translation techniques and transformations into lexical, grammatical and lexico-grammatical categories. On the basis of the study we identified a series of methods that are most frequently used in the translation of French patent terminology and established the correlation between the specifics of formation of the French terminological system and the selection of means of translation into Ukrainian. Simple nomination, derivation, word compounding, adoption and abbreviation were highlighted among the productive types of French patent terminology. Among the translation techniques and methods aimed at solving the difficulties of translation into Ukrainian, related to the principle of functional equivalence of the translated text, the methods of transcription, transliteration, calibration, concretization, generalization, semantic, syntactic and grammatical modulation were analyzed.uk
