dc.description.abstractenThe master's thesis on the topic: "Management of the competitiveness of enterprise" contains 101 pages, 14 tables, 16 figures. The list of references includes 71 names. Relevance of the research topic. The presence of a large number of business entities on the market, the strengthening of globalization processes, the intensification of competition, the appearance of new threats - all this only complicates the business environment of the enterprise. In such conditions, competitiveness becomes a decisive factor in the success of any enterprise, and its high level is evidence of the effective functioning of the economic entity, its ability to adapt to changes in the external environment, and the conformity of the "price - quality" ratio to the expectations of existing and potential consumers. That is why there is a need to find new ways to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise and the formation of competitive advantages as one of the prerequisites for its survival in the modern market. The purpose of this work is the analysis of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of the process of managing the competitiveness of the enterprise and the development of practical recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of PE TRK "Technika".uk
dc.description.abstractukМагістерська дисертація на тему: «Управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства» містить 101 сторінку, 14 таблиць, 16 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 71 найменування. Актуальність теми дослідження. Наявність на ринку великої кількості суб’єктів господарювання, посилення процесів глобалізації, загострення конкуренції, поява нових загроз – всі це лише ускладнює бізнессередовище діяльності підприємства. В таких умовах конкурентоспроможність стає вирішальним чинником успіху будь-якого підприємства, а її високий рівень - свідченням ефективного функціонування суб’єкту господарювання, можливості його адаптації до змін зовнішнього середовища, відповідності співвідношення «ціна - якість» очікуванням наявних та потенційних споживачів. Саме тому існує необхідність пошуку нових шляхів підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства та формування конкурентних переваг як одної з передумов його виживання на сучасному ринку. Метою даної роботи є аналіз теоретичних, методичних та прикладних аспектів процесу управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства та розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності ПП ТРК «Техніка».uk
