dc.description.abstractenMaster's thesis on the topic "Management of international project realization (by the example of "«XXX»")" contains 115 pages, 15 tables, 17 figures, 7 formulas. The list of references includes 60 references. The relevance of the research topic is due to the rapidly developing trends of entrepreneurship and gives an idea of how most of the economy will be organized tomorrow. The field of project management plays an important role in ensuring that projects are carefully planned, directed, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Managing international projects effectively reduces risk, reduces costs, and increases the likelihood of success. Implementing new international projects boosts a company's growth, increases profits or reduces costs by bringing new technology or products into the enterprise. Implementing international projects is a vital step, linking the planning phase to the ultimate achievement of the company's strategic goals. Connection with scientific programs, plans and topics. Master's thesis for a master's degree was carried out at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" in accordance with the plans of scientific research of the Management Department on "Management of International Project Implementation". The role of the author consists in research of processes and methods of management of realization of the international projects. Purpose and objectives of the work. The purpose of the work is the study, justification and development of recommendations to improve the management of international project implementation. In the process of carrying out the work the following tasks were set and solved: To consider the concepts and principles of international project implementation; to consider the process of planning and control over the implementation of an international project; identify methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of an international project; to analyze the organizational and economic characteristics of the production and economic activities of the enterprise; to evaluate the process of implementing international projects «XXX»; to identify the prerequisites for improving the effectiveness of international project implementation; to determine the prospects for improving the management of the international project; to develop a management mechanism for the international project; substantiate the feasibility of implementing the project management mechanism. The object of the research is the process of enterprise development. The subject of the research is the theoretical foundations, methodological provisions and practical aspects of international enterprise management. The base of the research is the company «XXX». Methods of the research. In the master's thesis a set of general scientific and special methods of evaluation of effectiveness and implementation of management of international projects was applied. At the stage of data collection on the improvement of international projects implementation the empirical method of research was used. When analyzing the process of international project implementation on the example of «XXX» a complex method of research was used. The scientific novelty of the obtained results. In the master's thesis for a master's degree the scientific novelty lies in the development and implementation of a unique project with subsequent improvement of its implementation. The practical significance of the obtained results. Recommendations on improving the management of the implementation of projects for the company «XXX» on example of implementation of the project Green Sauce through the project search platform The Foundry were submitted for consideration for practical application of the proposed measures. Approbation of the results of the work. dc.description.abstractukМагістерська дисертація на здобуття ступеня магістра на тему «Управління реалізацією міжнародного проєкту (на прикладі ТОВ «XXX») містить 127 сторінок, 15 таблиць, 17 рисунків, 7 формул. Перелік посилань нараховує 60 найменувань. Актуальність теми зумовлена тенденціями підприємництва та дає уявлення про те, як буде організована велика частина економіки завтра. Область управління проєктами відіграє важливу роль у забезпеченні ретельного планування, напряму та узгодження проєктів зі стратегічними цілями компанії. Управління реалізацією міжнародних проєктів ефективно знижує ризики, скорочує витрати та підвищує ймовірність успіху. Впровадження нових міжнародних проєктів дає поштовх для розвитку компанії, підвищує прибуток або знижує витрати, шляхом залучення нових технологій або продуктів на підприємство. Реалізація міжнародних проєктів - це життєво важливий крок, що пов'язує етап планування з остаточним досягненням стратегічних цілей компанії. Зв’язок роботи з науковими програмами, планами та темами. Магістерська дисертація на здобуття ступеня магістра виконувалась в Національному технічному університеті України «Київський політехнічний інститут імені Ігоря Сікорського» відповідно до планів наукових досліджень кафедри менеджменту за темою «Управління реалізацією міжнародного проєкту». Роль автора полягає в дослідженні процесів та методів управління реалізацією міжнародних проєктів. Мета та завдання роботи. Метою роботи є дослідження, обгрунтування та розроблення рекомендацій щодо удосконалення управління реалізацією міжнародного проєкту. У процесі виконання роботи були поставлені та вирішені наступні завдання: – розглянути поняття та принципи реалізації міжнародного проєкту; – розглянути процес планування та контролю за реалізацією міжнародного проєкту; – визначити методичні підходи до оцінювання ефективності міжнародного проєкту; – проаналізувати організаційно-економічну діяльність виробничо-господарської діяльності підприємства; – оцінити процес реалізації міжнародних проєктів компанією «XXX»; – виявити передумови підвищення ефективності реалізації міжнародного проєкту; – визначити перспективи удосконалення управління міжнародним проєктом; – розробити механізм управління міжнародним проєктом; – обґрунтувати доцільність впровадження механізму управління проєктом. Об’єктом дослідження є процес розвитку підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні засади, методичні положення та практичні аспекти управління міжнародними підприємствами. База дослідження - компанія «XXX». Методи дослідження. У магістерській дисертації було застосовано сукупність загальнонаукових та спеціальних методів оцінки ефективності та реалізації управління міжнародними проєктами. На етапі збору даних щодо вдосконалення реалізації міжнародних проєктів використовувався емпіричний метод дослідження. При аналізі процесу реалізації міжнародного проєкту на прикладі компанії «XXX» застосовувався комплексний метод дослідження. Елементи наукової новизни. В магістерській дисертації на здобуття ступеня магістра наукова новизна полягає у розробці та реалізації унікального проєкту з подальшим удосконаленням його реалізації . Практична значущість. Рекомендації щодо удосконалення управління реалізацією проєктів для компанії «XXX», на прикладі впровадження проєкту Green Sauce через платформу пошуку проєктів «XXX» було представлено на розгляд для практичного застосування запропонованих заходів. Апробація результатів роботи. За результатами дисертаційного дослідження на здобуття ступеня магістра було опубліковано тези у науковому фаховому виданні: 3.
