dc.description.abstractДипломна робота на здобуття ступеня магістра на тему: «Логістичне управління збутовою діяльністю підприємства» містить 128 сторінок, 32 таблиць, 25 рисунків, 17 формул, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань нараховує 87 найменувань. Метою дисертаційної роботи є дослідження є аналіз підходів та методів управління бутової діяльності підприємства, а також аналіз діяльності компанії на ринку одягу та взуття і розробка рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності її збутової діяльності. Об’єктом дослідження магістерської дипломної роботи є збутова діяльність ТОВ «Інтертоп Україна». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні аспекти процесу управління збутовою діяльністю компанії. Методологія дослідження базується на принципах методів економічного аналізу, на основі якого було проведено аналіз фінансовоекономічного стану підприємства, оцінка показників збутової діяльності, метод порівняння для визначення конкурентних переваг компанії на ринку, MS Excel для проведення ABC та XYZ аналізу, графічний та табличний метод для відображення результатів дослідження. Результати дослідження можуть використовуватись вітчизняними підприємствами для удосконалення логістичного управління збутовою діяльністю підприємства в сучасних умовах. Запропонована в дисертаційній роботі пропозиція удосконалення логістичного управління збутової діяотності задля підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства була представлена на розгляд керівному складу ТОВ «Інтертоп Україна», де було визнано можливість практичного застосування в майбутньому.
dc.description.abstractotherThe thesis for obtaining a master's degree on the topic: «Logistics management of the sales activity of the enterprise» contains 128 pages, 32 tables, 25 figures, 17 formulas, 3 appendices. The list of references includes 87 items. The purpose of the dissertation is to research and analyze the approaches and methods of managing the retail activity of the enterprise, as well as the analysis of the company's activities in the clothing and footwear market and the development of recommendations to improve the efficiency of its sales activities. The object of research of the master's thesis is the sales activity of «Intertop Ukraine» LLC. The subject of the study is the theoretical and practical aspects of the process of managing the company's sales activities. The research methodology is based on the principles of economic analysis methods, on the basis of which an analysis of the financial and economic state of the enterprise was carried out, an assessment of sales activity indicators, a comparison method for determining the company's competitive advantages on the market, MS Excel for conducting ABC and XYZ analysis, a graphical and tabular method for display of research results. The results of the study can be used by domestic enterprises to improve the logistics management of the enterprise's sales activities in modern conditions. The proposal for improving the logistics management of sales activities proposed in the dissertation in order to increase the efficiency of the enterprise was presented for consideration by the management team of «Intertop Ukraine» LLC, where the possibility of practical application in the future was recognized.
