dc.description.abstractМагістерська дисертація на тему: «Розвиток системи управління підприємством в умовах кризи» містить 90 сторінок, 15 таблиць, 23 рисунки, 5 додатків. Перелік посилань нараховує 60 найменування. Актуальність теми дослідження. В сучасних умовах глобалізаційних процесів існує об’єктивна необхідність у формуванні та вдосконаленні методів та механізмів управління вітчизняними підприємствами, включаючи протидію кризовим явищам та оцінку результативності їх застосування на різних стадіях розвитку підприємств, і також включаючи об’єктивну необхідність оптимізації системи управління бізнесом, з урахуванням актуальності вирішення завдань виживання за умов подолання негативного впливу кризових явищ в Україні. Зв’язок роботи із науковими програмами, планами та темами. Магістерську дисертацію на здобуття ступеня магістра виконано в КПІ ім. Ігоря Сікорського (м. Київ) відповідно до планів науково-дослідних робіт кафедри менеджменту підприємств за темою: «Розвиток системи управління підприємством в умовах кризи ТОВ «Кернел». Метою дослідження є розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення розвитку системи управління підприємством в умовах кризи на підприємстві ТОВ «Кернел».uk
dc.description.abstractenMaster's dissertation for master`s degree on the topic: "Enterprise management system development in crisis conditions" contains 90 pages, 15 tables, 23 figures, 5 formulas. The list of references includes 60 titles. Actuality of theme. In the modern conditions of globalization processes, there is an objective need for formation and improvement of methods and mechanisms of domestic enterprises` management, including countering crisis phenomena and evaluating the effectiveness of their application at various stages of the enterprises` development, and also including the objective need to optimize the business management system, taking into account the relevance of solving survival tasks under the conditions of overcoming the negative impact of crisis phenomena in Ukraine. Relationship of work with scientific programs, plans and themes. The master's dissertation for obtaining a master's degree was carried at the National Technical University of Ukraine «Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky» in accordance with the plans of scientific researches of the Department of Management on the topic: "Enterprise management system development of Kernel LLC in crisis conditions". The purpose of the work is to develop practical recommendations for improving the development of the enterprise management system in crisis conditions at the Kernel LLC. The set goal of the research is determined by the need of solving the following tasks: 1) to consider the essence and principles of the formation of the enterprise management system; 2) to describe crises, their types, causes, negative consequences; 3) to consider the peculiarities of the enterprise management system construction in crisis conditions; 4) to provide the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise; 5) to conduct a study of external and internal threats to the enterprise's activity; 6) to evaluate the current enterprise management system and identify its main problems; 7) to indicate directions for adapting the enterprise management system to external crisis conditions; 8) to propose ways of organizational support of the adaptation process; 9) to provide an economic assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed measures. The object of research is the process of managing enterprises in crisis conditions. The subject of the work is theoretical and methodological approaches to ensuring the development of the Kernel LLC management system in crisis conditions. Research base: "Kernel" LLC. Research methods: methods of theoretical cognition; methods of economic and statistical analysis; abstract and logical methods. Elements of scientific novelty of the obtained results consist of deepening of the existing theoretical provisions and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of management in the condition of martial law in Ukraine. Practical significance of the obtained results. The presented recommendations for increasing the efficiency of management in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine were presented to the management of Kernel LLC for consideration, where the possibility of practical application of the developed proposals for increasing the efficiency of management by adapting the enterprise management system to external crisis conditions was recognized. Approbation of the results of work. 2 scientific works were published. 1 theses for a conference report and 1 article.uk
