dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено термінологічний апарат електронного навчального середовища, зокрема типологію електронних освітніх ресурсів, що суттєво впливає на логіко-композиційну структуру різних їхніх типів. Актуальність теми полягає в необхідності глибокого дослідження особливостей та проблем підготовки електронних освітніх ресурсів для вищої школи як нового функціонального типу навчальної літератури. Вони розглядаються не у ключі концепції друкованого видання, а в системі глобальної інформатизації комунікації сучасного навчального процесу. Цифровізація певним чином була підсилені переходом ЗВО в онлайн у зв’язку з пандемією, а слідом військовою агресією рф, що спровокувало пошук нових форм та методів комунікації в електронному навчальному середовищі.
dc.description.abstractotherThe article examines the terminological apparatus of the electronic learning environment, in particular the typology of electronic educational resources, which significantly affects the logical and compositional structure of their various types. The relevance of the topic lies in the need for in-depth research into the features and problems of preparing electronic educational resources for higher education as a new functional type of educational literature. They are considered not in the context of the concept of a printed publication, but in the system of global informatization of communication of the modern educational process. Digitalization was in a certain way reinforced by the transition of higher education institutions to online in connection with the pandemic, and then by the military aggression of the Russian Federation, which provoked the search for new forms and methods of communication in the electronic learning environment.In addition, the study of this topic will be useful for expanding the boundaries of the competence of a modern editor, who during the preparation of an electronic educational resource acquires the functions not only of the compiler of such a publication, but also of one of the main communicators in the process of its creation.Despite the active interest in this topic from scientists, the degree of development of the topic is insufficient, since EER is a relatively new phenomenon in the educational space. Given this, it is necessary to expand the research on the topic in terms of the features of the editorial preparation of EER.The scientific novelty of the publication lies in the systematic study of the topic not only from the standpoint of a theoretical overview of the problems, but also in highlighting the issue of editorial analysis of EER and practical recommendations for their improvement.We have worked out the main regulatory documents on electronic educational resources and electronic educational publications and proposed an optimal structure depending on the types of EER.In conclusion, we can say that we cannot neglect the logical-compositional structure, which, in combination with the content, is a direct reflection of the quality of the EER for higher education in all its aspects: content, structure, educational and methodological. That is why the first and main task of a qualified editor is to improve the form of the EER, which, in turn, will generate an adequate perception of its content by potential users
