dc.description.abstractМагістерська дисертація містить 126 аркушів, 17 рисунків, 26 таблиць та 190 літературних джерел. Метою роботи є визначення особливостей біосинтезу і виділення антибіотиків Streptomyces albus та характеристика продукту. Об'єкт дослідження – спосіб отримання препарату антибіотиків Streptomyces albus та синтезований продукт. Предмет дослідження – параметри біосинтезу і виділення антибіотиків Streptomyces albus та характеристики безпечності препарату. Встановлено вплив мутагенів різної природи на антагоністичну активність культури Streptomyces albus, зокрема, що найбільш значний вплив на антагоністичний спектр культури виявляє HNO2, обробка якою, призводить до підвищення протигрибкової активності та розширення антибіотичного спектру культури. Визначено спосіб підготовки посівного матеріалу для біосинтезу антибіотиків культурою. Визначено технологічні параметри виділення препарату антибіотиків з використанням рідинної екстракції рівним об’ємом хлороформу (1:1) впродовж 1 години без додаткового перемішування. Встановлено, що в концентрації до 500 мкг/см3 антибіотичний препарат S.albus не проявляє цитотоксичної дії, а тому може вважатися потенційно безпечним для людини і тварин у вивчених концентраціях. Запропоновано принципову схему отримання сухого препарату антибіотиків, а також готової форми антисептичного пластиру.
dc.description.abstractotherThe master's dissertation contains 126 sheets, 17 figures, 26 tables and 190 literary sources. The aim of the study is to determine the characteristics of biosynthesis and isolation of Streptomyces albus antibiotics and to characterize the product. The object of the study is a method of obtaining a preparation of Streptomyces albus antibiotics and a synthesized product. The subject of the study is the parameters of biosynthesis and isolation of Streptomyces albus antibiotics and the safety characteristics of the drug. The effect of mutagens of various natures on the antagonistic activity of the culture of Streptomyces albus has been established, in particular, the most significant effect on the antagonistic spectrum of the culture is found by HNO2, the treatment of which leads to an increase in the antifungal activity and the expansion of the antibiotic spectrum of the culture. The method of preparation of inoculum for the biosynthesis of antibiotics by culture was determined. The technological parameters of the isolation of the antibiotic preparation were determined using liquid extraction with an equal volume of chloroform (1: 1) for 1:00 without additional stirring. It was found that at a concentration of up to 500 μg/cm3, the antibiotic S.albus does not exhibit cytotoxic action, and therefore can be considered potentially safe for humans and animals at the studied concentrations. A schematic diagram of the preparation of a dry preparation of antibiotics, as well as a finished form of an antiseptic patch, has been proposed.
