dc.description.abstractenThe master's thesis on the topic: "Strategic planning by the enterprise in the conditions of European integration according to the materials of PP "Daimler"" contains 108 pages, 12 tables, 21 figures. The list of references includes 99 items. Relevance of the research topic. The development of modern entrepreneurship has always been a priority direction of the economy of every country. In conditions of uncertainty, the quality of the developed and formalized strategy and the ability of top management to ensure its implementation significantly affect the efficiency of operations and the competitiveness of business structures. Since entrepreneurs are constantly focused on solving operational tasks, strategic issues tend to be neglected. In this regard, the issues of strategic planning and further forecasting of the functioning of enterprises acquire special importance, the solution of which consists in ensuring the monitoring of the state of external environmental factors and assessing their impact, determining preventive measures to reduce their negative impact. Connection of work with scientific programs, plans and topics. The master's thesis for obtaining a master's degree was completed at KPI named after Igor Sikorskyi (Kyiv) in accordance with the plans of research works of the Department of Enterprise Management. The purpose of the research is strategic planning by the enterprise in the conditions of European integration according to the materials of PE "Daimler". The set goal of the research determined the need to solve the following tasks: 1) to study the essence and comparison of types of strategic planning; 2) consider the functions and principles of strategic planning of enterprise development; 3) to analyze the peculiarities of strategic planning of the development of the enterprise in the conditions of European integration; 4) carry out an analysis of the external prerequisites for the development of the enterprise; 5) consider the organization of strategic development planning and analysis of the internal environment of the enterprise; 6) carry out an assessment of the strategic development potential of the enterprise PE "Daimler"; 7) to investigate the key aspects of the formation of a strategic plan in the conditions of European integration features; 8) propose ways to improve the development strategy of PE "Daimler". The object of the research is the strategic planning of the "Daimler" PE. The subject of the research is the peculiarities of the strategic planning of PE "Daimler". Base of research: "Daimler". Research methods: generalization and systematization of theoretical knowledge on the strategic planning of the economic development of the enterprise, economic and financial analysis for evaluating the efficiency of the international activity of the enterprise, the method of expertise for determining the level of competitiveness and development opportunities of the enterprise, comparative method for choosing the most optimal strategy, tabular and graphic for generalization and visual presentation of important information. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that the proposed strategy for the development of economic activity will be used at the enterprise of PE "Daimler", because the proposed system of measures at work can find concrete implementation in the general strategic activity of the company. Practical significance of the obtained results. The project on strategic planning of the development of the enterprise's foreign economic activity, as it was calculated, will ensure the stable development of the enterprise. The decision on the implementation of the proposed measures was signed by the director of the enterprise PE "Daimler". Approbation of work results. 1 scientific paper was published (1 theses of the report at the conference).uk
dc.description.abstractukМагістерська дисертація на тему: «Стратегічне планування підприємством в умовах євроінтеграції» містить 108 сторінок, 12 таблиць, 21 рисунок. Перелік посилань нараховує 99 найменувань. Актуальність теми дослідження. Розвиток сучасного підприємництва завжди був пріоритетним напрямком економіки кожної країни. В умовах невизначеності якість розробленої та формалізованої стратегії та здатність вищого менеджменту забезпечити її реалізацію істотно впливають на ефективність діяльності та конкурентоспроможність бізнес-структур. Оскільки підприємці постійно зосереджені на вирішенні оперативних завдань, стратегічні питання, як правило, залишаються поза увагою. У зв’язку з цим особливого значення набувають питання стратегічного планування та подальшого прогнозування функціонування підприємств, вирішення яких полягає у забезпеченні моніторингу стану факторів зовнішнього середовища та оцінці їх впливу, визначенні превентивних заходів щодо зменшення їх негативного впливу. Зв’язок роботи із науковими програмами, планами та темами. Магістерську дисертацію на здобуття ступеня магістра виконано в КПІ ім. Ігоря Сікорського (м. Київ) відповідно до планів науково-дослідних робіт кафедри менеджменту підприємств. Метою дослідження є стратегічне планування підприємством в умовах євроінтергації за матеріалами ПП «Даймлер». Поставлена мета дослідження обумовила необхідність вирішення таких завдань: 1) вивчити сутність та порівняння видів стратегічного планування; 2) розглянути функції та принципи стратегічного планування розвитку підприємства; 3) проаналізувати особливості стратегічного планування розвитку підприємства в умовах євроінтеграції; 4) здійснити аналіз зовнішніх передумов розвитку підприємства; 5) розглянути організацію планування стратегічного розвитку та аналіз внутрішнього середовища підприємства; 6) провести оцінювання стратегічного потенціалу розвитку підприємства ПП «Даймлер»; 7) дослідити ключові аспекти формування стратегічного плану в умовах євроінтеграційних особливостей; 8) запропонувати шляхи удосконалення стратегії розвитку ПП «Даймлер». Об’єктом дослідження є стратегічне планування ПП «Даймлер». Предметом дослідження є особливості стратегічного планування ПП «Даймлер». База дослідження: ПП «Даймлер». Методи дослідження: узагальнення та систематизація теоретичних знань зі стратегічного планування економічного розвитку підприємства, економіко-фінансовий аналіз для оцінки ефективності міжнародної діяльності підприємства, метод експертизи для визначення рівня конкурентоспроможності та можливостей розвитку підприємства, порівняльний метод для вибору найбільш оптимальної стратегії, таблично-графічний для узагальнення та наочного представлення важливої інформації. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у тому, що запропонована стратегія розвитку ЗЕД діяльності буде використана на підприємстві ПП «Даймлер», адже запропонована система заходів у роботі може знайти конкретну реалізацію в загальній стратегічній діяльності компанії. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Проект зі стратегічного планування розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємства як було прораховано дозволить забезпечити стабільний розвиток підприємства. Рішення про впровадження запропонованих заходів було підписано директором підприємства ПП «Даймлер». Апробація результатів роботи. Опублікована 1 наукова праця (1 тези доповіді на конференції).uk
