Управління організаційно-економічним забезпеченням підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства – Кваліфікаційна робота на правах рукопису, містить 160 сторінок, 53 таблиці, 34 рисунків, 19 формул, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань нараховує 63 найменування. Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю міжнародних та вітчизняних компаній будь яких розмірів залучати інвестиції з метою підтримки сталого розвитку та підвищення конкурентоспроможності. Ефективне залучення інвестицій є ключовим чинником, який сприяє успішному функціонуванню компанії в умовах мінливого бізнес середовища. Зв’язок роботи із науковими програмами, планами та темами. Магістерську дисертацію на здобуття ступеня магістра виконано в Національному технічному університеті України «КПІ ім. Ігоря Сікорського» (м. Київ) відповідно до плану науково-дослідних робіт (НДР) кафедри менеджменту підприємств ДР No 0123U101596 за темою: «Стратегічне управління відновленням економіки України», наук. керівник: д.е.н., проф. Роль автора полягає в розробленні теоретичних та практичних рекомендацій щодо управління організаційно-економічним забезпеченням підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства в контексті напрямів удосконалення стратегічного управління відновленням економіки України. Метою роботи є розробка науково-обґрунтованих рекомендацій щодо управління організаційно-економічним забезпеченням підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства ‒ об‘єкта дослідження. Поставлена мета роботи обумовила необхідність вирішення таких завдань: – розглянути сутність інвестиційної привабливості підприємства; – представити методологію оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості підприємства; – визначити фактори і резерви підвищення інвестиційної привабливості промислового підприємства; – надати характеристику фінансово-господарської та інвестиційної діяльності підприємства; – провести дослідження результатів організаційно-економічних заходів та розвитку підприємства в контексті доцільності підвищення його інвестиційної привабливості; – проаналізувати та оцінити інвестиційну привабливість підприємства; – розробити організаційно-економічні напрями підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства; – представити результати прогнозування розвитку підприємства в умовах впровадження організаційно-економічних заходів підвищення його інвестиційної привабливості, обґрунтувати економічну доцільність запропонованих заходів. Об’єктом дослідження є організаційно-економічне забезпечення підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методологічні аспекти управління організаційно-економічним забезпеченням підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. У магістерській роботі було використано такі методи дослідження: горизонтальний та вертикальний аналіз показників фінансової звітності підприємства, комплексний методичний інструментарій аналізу та оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості підприємства, матриця ризиків та можливостей зовнішнього середовища, матриця БКГ, карта сприйняття, аналіз фінансових показників та коефіцієнтів, конкурентне порівняння фінансово-економічних показників, PESTLE-аналіз, модель Портера «п‘ять сил», VRIO-аналіз, метод ADL, матриця McKinsey, методика теорії графів, дерево проблем, метод експертної оцінки, метод прогнозування економічного ефекту від реалізації проєкту. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у такому: вперше: – запропоновано методико-прикладні положення підвищення інвестиційної привабливості ТОВ «Ярмолинецький консервний завод» в контексті інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку підприємства; удосконалено: – удосконалено науково-методичний підхід щодо аналізу та оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості підприємства, який базується на основі комплексного методичного інструментарію управлінського аналізу, в т.ч. на основі аналізу фінансових і не фінансових показників діяльності компанії та включає не тільки результати оцінювання впливу ризиків на діяльність суб‘єкта господарювання, а й теоретико-методичний і практичний інструментарій стратегічного менеджменту; набуло подальшого розвитку: – науково-понятійний апарат щодо управління організаційно-економічним забезпеченням підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства, зокрема доповнено й розширено напрями стратегічного інвестування на засадах формування результатів комплексної оцінки фінансово-інвестиційної політики компанії, враховуючи як фінансові, так і не фінансові аспекти розвитку бізнесу. Результати дослідження, викладені в дисертаційній роботі на здобуття ступеня магістра, дозволяють дійти висновків: розроблена для ТОВ «Ярмолинецький консервний завод» комплексна програма заходів може сприяти підвищенню інвестиційної привабливості компанії. Запропоноване вирішення проблем (за прогнозом) дозволить зменшити собівартість реалізованої продукції майже в два рази, що значно покращить показники прибутковості бізнесу у майбутньому. Програма будівництва сонячної електростанції дозволить підприємству збільшити у майбутньому прибутковіть бізнесу за рахунок енергонезалежності компанії та зменшення собівартості реалізованої продукції, що за результатами прогнозування призведе до можливостей виходу компанії на регіональні і міжнародні ринки, формування стратегії диверсифікації та підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності в умовах цифрових трансформацій, глобалізації та євроінтеграції. The relevance of the topic is driven by the need for international and domestic companies of all sizes to attract investments to support sustainable development and increase competitiveness. Effective investment attraction is a key factor that contributes to the successful functioning of a company in a changing business environment. Relationship of the work to scientific programs, plans and topics. The master's thesis for the degree of master was performed at the National Technical University of Ukraine ―Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute‖ (Kyiv) in accordance with the plan of research work of the Department of Management of Enterprises DR No 0123U101596 on the topic: ―Strategic management of economic recovery of Ukraine‖, scientific adviser: Doctor of Economics, Professor V. The role of the author is to develop theoretical and practical recommendations for managing the organizational and economic support for increasing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise in the context of areas for improving the strategic management of economic recovery in Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to develop scientifically based recommendations for managing the organizational and economic support for increasing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise - the object of research. The purpose of the study necessitated the following tasks: - to consider the essence of investment attractiveness of an enterprise; - to present a methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise; - to identify factors and reserves for increasing the investment attractiveness of an industrial enterprise; - to characterize the financial, economic and investment activities of the enterprise; - to conduct a study of the results of organizational and economic measures and development of the enterprise in the context of the feasibility of increasing its investment attractiveness; - to analyze and evaluate the investment attractiveness of the enterprise; - to develop organizational and economic directions for increasing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise; - to present the results of forecasting the development of an enterprise in the context of implementation of organizational and economic measures to increase its investment attractiveness, to substantiate the economic feasibility of the proposed measures. The object of the study is organizational and economic support for increasing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological aspects of managing organizational and economic support for increasing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise. The following research methods were used in the master's thesis: horizontal and vertical analysis of the financial statements of the enterprise, comprehensive methodological tools for analyzing and evaluating the investment attractiveness of the enterprise, matrix of risks and opportunities of the external environment, BCG matrix, perception map, analysis of financial indicators and coefficients, competitive comparison of financial and economic indicators, PESTLE-analysis, Porter's ―Five Forces‖ model, VRIO-analysis, ADL method, McKinsey matrix, graph theory methodology, tree of problems, expert evaluation method, method of forecasting the economic effect of project implementation. The scientific novelty of the study is as follows: firstly: - methodological and applied provisions for increasing the investment attractiveness of ―Yarmolynetski Cannery‖ LLC in the context of innovation and investment development of the enterprise are proposed; was improved: - the scientific and methodological approach to analyzing and evaluating the investment attractiveness of the enterprise has been improved, which is based on a comprehensive methodological toolkit for management analysis, including the analysis of financial and non-financial indicators of the company's activities and includes not only the results of assessing the impact of risks on the activities of the business entity, but also the theoretical, methodological and practical tools of strategic management; has been further developed: - the scientific and conceptual framework for managing the organizational and economic support for increasing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise, in particular, the areas of strategic investment have been supplemented and expanded on the basis of forming the results of a comprehensive assessment of the company's financial and investment policy, taking into account both financial and non-financial aspects of business development. The results of the study, presented in the master's thesis, allow us to conclude that the comprehensive program of measures developed for ―Yarmolynetski Cannery‖ LLC can help increase the company's investment attractiveness. The proposed solution to the problems (according to the forecast) will reduce the cost of sales by almost half, which will significantly improve business profitability in the future. The solar power plant construction program will allow the company to increase future business profitability due to the company's energy independence and reduce the cost of sales, which, according to the forecast, will lead to the company's entry into regional and international markets, the formation of a diversification strategy and increase the level of competitiveness in the context of digital transformation, globalization and European integration.
