dc.description.abstractДипломна робота з фахової теми «Удосконалення бізнес-процесів промислових підприємств в умовах цифрової трансформації» є досить об’ємною, містить 121 сторінку з 28 таблицями, 14 рисунками. Перелік посилань нараховує 60 найменувань. Актуальність обраної теми обґрунтовується тим, що необхідність модернізації виробничих процесів зумовлена змінами у ринковій кон'юнктурі, вимогах споживачів та динамічним розвитком технологій. Цифрові технології стають важливими для стратегічного розвитку підприємства, забезпечуючи швидкість, якість та конкурентоспроможність продукції. Потреба в поглибленому дослідженні полягає в тому, щоб визначити ефективні підходи до оптимізації бізнес-процесів з урахуванням сучасних технологічних можливостей. Магістерську дисертацію на здобуття ступеня магістра виконано в Національному технічному університеті України «КПІ імені Ігоря Сікорського» (м. Київ) відповідно до планів науково-дослідних робіт кафедри менеджменту підприємств за темою «Стратегічне управління відновленням економіки України» (ДР 0123101596). Виклад автора полягає у розробленні теоретичних та практичних рекомендацій щодо стратегічного управління розвитком підприємств через удосконалення бізнес-моделі. Основною метою роботи є вдосконалення бізнес-процесів промислових підприємств, зокрема ТОВ «Сандора», через впровадження інноваційних технологій, які дозволять підвищити ефективність і адаптивність підприємства в умовах сучасних викликів. Об’єктом дослідження є бізнес-процеси виробництва ТОВ «Сандора», що займається виробництвом соків та безалкогольних напоїв. Предметом дослідження є методи та інструменти вдосконалення бізнес-процесів ТОВ «Сандора» в умовах цифровізації. Досягнення поставленої мети передбачає необхідність вирішення ряду важливих завдань, таких як: - Визначити сутність та класифікацію бізнес-процесів, встановивши основні їх типи, характеристики та значення для промислових підприємств. - Проаналізувати поняття цифрової трансформації, розкрити її основні етапи та ключові аспекти, що впливають на сучасний бізнес. - Дослідити вплив цифрових технологій на бізнес-процеси промислових підприємств, оцінити їхній вплив на ефективність та продуктивність. - Провести загальну характеристику середовища функціонування ТОВ "Сандора" та оцінити чинники, що впливають на його бізнес-процеси. - Оцінити рівень цифровізації підприємства та виявити слабкі місця, які потребують вдосконалення в умовах цифрової трансформації. - Вивчити сучасні підходи до удосконалення бізнес-процесів, визначивши ті, що найбільш відповідають умовам промислових підприємств. - Розробити механізм цифрової трансформації бізнес-процесів підприємства, враховуючи необхідні витрати та організаційні аспекти впровадження. - Провести оцінку ефективності впроваджених заходів цифровізації, аналізуючи їхній вплив на діяльність підприємства та досягнуті результати. У процесі виконання дипломної роботи використовувалися різні наукові методи, зокрема, метод економічного аналізу для визначення фінансового стану підприємства, метод цільового підходу для оцінки потенціалу виробництва, методи теорії ефективної конкуренції та інтегральний метод для аналізу конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Дослідження має практичне значення для вітчизняних промислових підприємств, що спеціалізуються на виробництві морозива та тортів, оскільки розроблені рекомендації можуть бути використані для ефективного зростання їх діяльності.
dc.description.abstractotherThe thesis on the professional topic "Improvement of business processes of industrial enterprises in the conditions of digital transformation" is quite voluminous, contains 121 pages with 28 tables, 14 figures. The list of references includes 60 items. The relevance of the chosen topic is justified by the fact that the need to modernize production processes is due to changes in the market situation, consumer requirements and dynamic development of technologies. Digital technologies are becoming important for the strategic development of the enterprise, ensuring the speed, quality and competitiveness of products. The need for in-depth research is to identify effective approaches to optimizing business processes taking into account modern technological capabilities. Master's thesis for the degree of Master was completed at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (Kyiv) in accordance with the plans of research work of the Department of Enterprise Management on the topic "Strategic Management of the Recovery of the Economy of Ukraine" (DR 0123101596). The author's presentation consists in developing theoretical and practical recommendations for strategic management of enterprise development through improving the business model. The main goal of the work is to improve the business processes of industrial enterprises, in particular, Sandora LLC, through the introduction of innovative technologies that will increase the efficiency and adaptability of the enterprise in the face of modern challenges. The object of the study is the business processes of production of Sandora LLC, which is engaged in the production of juices and soft drinks. The subject of the study is methods and tools for improving the business processes of Sandora LLC in the face of digitalization. Achieving the goal involves solving a number of important tasks, such as: - To determine the essence and classification of business processes, establishing their main types, characteristics and significance for industrial enterprises. - To analyze the concept of digital transformation, to reveal its main stages and key aspects that affect modern business. - To investigate the impact of digital technologies on the business processes of industrial enterprises, to assess their impact on efficiency and productivity. - To conduct a general characteristic of the operating environment of Sandora LLC and assess the factors that affect its business processes. - To assess the level of digitalization of the enterprise and identify weaknesses that require improvement in the conditions of digital transformation. - To study modern approaches to improving business processes, identifying those that most meet the conditions of industrial enterprises. - To develop a mechanism for digital transformation of the enterprise's business processes, taking into account the necessary costs and organizational aspects of implementation. - To assess the effectiveness of the implemented digitalization measures, analyzing their impact on the enterprise's activities and the results achieved. In the process of completing the thesis, various scientific methods were used, in particular, the method of economic analysis to determine the financial condition of the enterprise, the method of the target approach to assess production potential, methods of the theory of effective competition and the integral method to analyze the competitiveness of the enterprise. The study is of practical importance for domestic industrial enterprises specializing in the production of ice cream and cakes, since the developed recommendations can be used for the effective growth of their activities.
