Анотація
An analysis of basic communication skills was carried out, such as: the ability to listen, persuade and argue, speak in public, possess an official business style of presentation. It is noted that they can be developed in English lessons using the flipped classroom technique. Reading professional texts and working with them together with this technique contributes to the development of soft skills and the skills of written and oral scientific communication in students.
