dc.description.abstractenMaster's dissertation on the topic: "Management of logistics activities of the enterprise" contains 111 pages, 28 tables, 26 figures. The list of links includes 60 items. Satisfaction of consumer needs is the main task of a manufacturing enterprise. This creates the preconditions for the development of an effective system of logistics ties, the effective organization of which reduces the time spent on organizing the production process and reduce the time of delivery of finished raw materials to the final consumer. In addition, an important place in the organization of this process is the territorial distribution of consumers, which creates the preconditions for the formation of effective supply chains of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to deepen the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for the management of logistics activities of the enterprise. The purpose of the work led to the formation of the following tasks: - consider the theoretical foundations of logistics management of the enterprise; - to generalize scientific approaches to the formation of the logistics management system; - to systematize the methodological principles of evaluating the management system of logistics activities of the enterprise; - to analyze the impact of the external environment on the logistics activities of the studied enterprise; - to analyze the organizational and economic support of the logistics activities of the enterprise; - to explore the strategic directions of development of logistics activities of the enterprise; - provide proposals for improving the management system of logistics activities of the enterprise; - economic justification of the proposed measures to improve the management of logistics activities. The object of study is the logistics activities of the enterprise. The subject of research is a set of theoretical, methodological approaches and organizational principles for the management of logistics activities of the enterprise. In the process of writing a master's thesis, general and special methods of scientific knowledge were used. In the study of the theoretical foundations of the management of logistics activities of the enterprise used methods of observation, comparison, synthesis. During the study of the analytical part of the work and the development of proposals for improving the management system of logistics activities of the enterprise were used methods: analysis, ABC method, comparison, analogy, normative. Scientific novelty is concentrated in theoretical approaches to the analysis of the logistics component through the prism of the development of all financial and economic activities of the enterprise, proposals for the use of new methods of logistics management at the enterprise in terms of transport costs management. The practical significance of the work is manifested through the development of recommendations aimed at: mobilization of additional financial resources for further development of the logistics component of the enterprise - identification of areas to minimize the costs of the enterprise - introduction of new methods of logistics activities - calculation of economic efficiency of increasing the logistics component.uk
dc.description.abstractukМагістерська дисертація на тему: «Управління логістичною діяльністю підприємства» містить 111 сторінок, 28 таблиць, 26 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 60 найменувань. Задоволення потреби споживача – основне завдання виробничого підприємства. Це створює передумови розвитку ефективної системи логістичних зав'язків, ефективна організація якої дозволяє скоротити витрати часу на організацію виробничого процесу та зменшити термін постачання готової сировини до кінцевого споживача. Крім того, важливе місце в організації даного процесу займає територіальний розподіл споживачів продукції, що створює передумови формування ефективних ланцюгів поставок підприємства. Метою роботи є поглиблення теоретичних основ та розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо управління логістичною діяльністю підприємства. Мета роботи зумовила формування наступних завдань: - розглянути теоретичні основи управління логістичною діяльністю підприємства; - узагальнити наукові підходи до формування системи управління логістичною діяльністю; - систематизувати методичні засади оцінювання системи управління логістичною діяльністю підприємства; - здійснити аналіз впливу зовнішнього середовища на логістичну діяльність досліджуваного підприємства; - здійснити аналіз організаційно-економічного забезпечення логістичної діяльності підприємства; - дослідити стратегічні напрями розвитку логістичної діяльності підприємства; - надати пропозиції щодо вдосконалення системи управління логістичною діяльністю підприємства; - здійснити економічне обґрунтування впровадження запропонованих заходів та оцінити можливі ризики. Об'єктом дослідження є логістична діяльність підприємства. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних підходів та організаційних засад щодо управління логістичною діяльністю підприємства. У процесі написання магістерської дипломної роботи були використані загальні та спеціальні методи наукового пізнання. При дослідженні теоретичних засад управління логістичною діяльністю підприємства використовувались методи спостереження, порівняння, синтезу. У ході дослідження аналітичної частини роботи та розробки пропозиції щодо вдосконалення системи управління логістичною діяльністю підприємства були використані методи: аналіз, метод ABC, порівнянні, аналогії, нормативний. Наукова новизна зосереджена у теоретичних підходах до аналізу логістичної складової через призму розвитку всієї фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства, надано пропозиції щодо використання нових методів управління логістичною діяльністю на підприємстві з точки зору управління транспортними затратами. Практична значущість роботи проявляється через розробку рекомендацій, спрямованих на : - мобілізацію додаткових фінансових ресурсів з метою подальшого розвитку логістичної складової діяльності підприємства - виокремлення напрямів мінімізації витрат підприємства - впровадження нових методів логістичної діяльності - розрахунок економічної ефективності збільшення логістичної складової.uk
