dc.description.abstractЧумаченко Д. В. Формування системи антикризового управління на промисловому підприємстві – Кваліфікаційна робота на правах рукопису, містить 134 сторінок, 28 таблиць, 31 рисунків, 8 формул, 1 додаток. Перелік посилань нараховує 62 найменування. Формування системи антикризового управління на промисловому підприємстві є вкрай важливою темою, враховуючи сучасні реалії ринкової економіки. Економічна нестабільність, зокрема коливання валютних курсів, відсоткових ставок та інших ключових показників, створює значні виклики для підприємств. Швидкий технологічний прогрес вимагає адаптації бізнес-моделей і продуктів, щоб залишатися конкурентоспроможними. До цього додаються політичні зміни та конфлікти, які впливають на законодавче середовище, ринкові умови та загальний економічний стан країни. У таких умовах антикризове управління стає інструментом, який забезпечує здатність підприємства швидко реагувати на зовнішні та внутрішні виклики. Саме тому дана тема є надзвичайно актуальною і важливою для дослідження. Магістерська дисертація на здобуття ступеня магістра виконувалась в Національному технічному університеті України «Київський політехнічний інститут імені Ігоря Сікорського» відповідно до планів наукових досліджень кафедри менеджменту. Роль автора полягає в розробленні теоретичних та практичних рекомендацій щодо формування системи кризового менеджменту. Метою роботи є дослідження теоретико-методичних та розроблення практичних рекомендацій з удосконалення системи антикризового управління на підприємстві. Для досягнення мети необхідно вирішити такі завдання: ⎯ розгляднути сутність, значення та основні концепції антикризового управління підприємством; ⎯ визначти принципи формування та структуру системи антикризового управління підприємством; ⎯ дослідити методичні засади оцінювання системи антикризового управління на промисловому підприємстві; ⎯ проаналізувати тенденції розвитку антикризового управління на підприємствах фармацевтичної промисловості; ⎯ здійснити діагностику поточного стану антикризового управління на ПрАТ «Інфузія»; ⎯ оцінити результати антикризового управління на підприємстві та визначення напрямів його удосконалення; ⎯ визначити стратегічні орієнтири антикризового управління на ПрАТ «Інфузія»; ⎯ розробити рекомендації щодо формування системи антикризового управління на підприємстві; ⎯ надати економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації запропонованих заходів. Об’єктом дослідження є антикризове управління на підприємстві. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретико-методичних підходів та практичних рекомендацій щодо формування системи антикризового управління на підприємствах фармацевтичної промисловості. База дослідження – Приватне акціонерне товариство ПрАТ «Інфузія». Методи дослідження. Для вирішення поставлених завдань у процесі виконання магістерської дисертації було застосовано статистичний аналіз, систематизацію, узагальнення (для дослідження існуючої системи кризового управління на підприємстві); фінансово-економічний аналіз (для дослідження стану підприємства); графічний (для наочного представлення результатів дослідження); метод причинно-наслідкового аналізу – для розроблення науково-практичних рекомендацій щодо формування системи кризового управління підприємством. Теоретичною основою дослідження є наукова та навчально-методична література як вітчизняних, так і зарубіжних фахівців у яких приділяється увага аспектам формування системи кризового управління на підприємстві. Офіційні дані Державної служби статистики України; дані внутрішньої статистичної, зокрема, бухгалтерської звітності ПрАТ «Інфузія»; фінансова звітність за 2021-2023 роки), статут підприємства, аудиторські висновки. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у подальшому розвитку науково-методичних положень формування системи антикризового управління підприємством, що, на відміну від існуючих, інтегрує ключові підрозділи підприємства та процеси реагування на виникнення кризової ситуації за відповідними принципами та регламентами для забезпечення ефективного та швидкого реагування на виникнення кризових явищ та управління ними. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Результати дослідження, викладені в дисертаційній роботі на здобуття ступеня магістра, дозволяють дійти висновків: запропонована система антикризового управління матиме позитивний вплив на обсяг випуску продукції та чистий дохід підпрєимства, зниження фінансових втрат через відкликання продукції, поліпшення управління запасами та ланцюгами постачання, поліпшення репутації та уникнення штрафів; проект зі створення системи антикризового управління на ПрАТ «Інфузія» є перспективним за песимістичний, реалістичним та оптимістичним сценаріями та вартий до впровадження на підприємстві; також за прогнозованими розрахунками ризик банкрутства знижується.

The list of references includes 62 items. Formation of an anti-crisis management system at an industrial enterprise is an extremely important topic, given the modern realities of a market economy. Economic instability, in particular fluctuations in exchange rates, interest rates and other key indicators, creates significant challenges for enterprises. Rapid technological progress requires adaptation of business models and products in order to remain competitive. Added to this are political changes and conflicts that affect the legislative environment, market conditions and the general economic state of the country. In such conditions, anti-crisis management becomes a tool that ensures the ability of an enterprise to respond quickly to external and internal challenges. That is why this topic is extremely relevant and important for research. Master's thesis for the degree of Master was carried out at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" in accordance with the plans of scientific research of the Department of Management. The author's role is to develop theoretical and practical recommendations for the formation of a crisis management system. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical and methodological aspects and develop practical recommendations for improving the anti-crisis management system at the enterprise. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: ⎯ consider the essence, meaning and basic concepts of anti-crisis management at the enterprise; ⎯ determine the principles of formation and structure of the anti-crisis management system at the enterprise; ⎯ іnvestigate the methodological principles of evaluating the anti-crisis management system at an industrial enterprise; ⎯ analyze the trends in the development of anti-crisis management at pharmaceutical industry enterprises; ⎯ diagnose the current state of anti-crisis management at PrJSC "Infuziia"; ⎯ evaluate the results of anti-crisis management at the enterprise and determine the directions of its improvement; ⎯ determine the strategic guidelines of anti-crisis management; ⎯ develop recommendations for the formation of an anti-crisis management system at the enterprise; ⎯ provide an economic justification for the feasibility of implementing the proposed measures. The object of the study is anti-crisis management at the enterprise. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the formation of an anti-crisis management system at pharmaceutical industry enterprises. Research methods. To solve the tasks set in the process of completing the master's thesis, statistical analysis, systematization, generalization were used (to study the existing crisis management system at the enterprise); financial and economic analysis (to study the state of the enterprise); graphical (to visually present the results of the study); the method of cause-and-effect analysis - to develop scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of a crisis management system at the enterprise.recommendations for the formation of an anti-crisis management system at pharmaceutical industry enterprises. The research base is Private Joint-Stock Company PrJSC "Infuziia". Research methods. The work was carried out using statistical analysis, systematization, generalization (for the study of the existing crisis management system at the enterprise); financial and economic analysis (for the study of the state of the enterprise); graphic (for a visual presentation of the results of the study); the method of cause-and-effect analysis - for the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of a crisis management system at the enterprise. The theoretical basis of the study is the scientific and educational and methodological literature of both domestic and foreign specialists in which attention is paid to aspects of the formation of a crisis management system at the enterprise. Official data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine; accounting reporting of PrJSC "Infusion"; financial reporting for 2021-2023), company charter, audit opinions. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the further development of the scientific and methodological provisions of the formation of the anti-crisis management system of the enterprise, which, unlike the existing ones, integrates the key divisions of the enterprise and the processes of responding to the emergence of a crisis situation according to the relevant principles and regulations to ensure an effective and rapid response to the emergence of crisis phenomena and their management. The practical significance of the results obtained. The results of the study, set out in the dissertation for a master's degree, allow us to draw conclusions: the proposed anti-crisis management system will have a positive impact on the volume of product output and net income, reduce financial losses due to product recalls, improve inventory and supply chain management, improve reputation and avoid fines; The project to create an anti-crisis management system at PrJSC "Infuziia" is promising according to pessimistic, realistic and optimistic scenarios and is worth implementing at the enterprise; also, according to forecast calculations, the risk of bankruptcy is reduced.
