dc.description.abstractenThe master's thesis on the topic: "Strategic support of the personnel component in the system of economic security of enterprise" contains 121 pages, 7 formulas, 36 tables and 21 figures. The list of links includes 67 titles. The relevance of the research topic is the study of the functioning of the personnel component in the system of economic security of the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to consider theoretical aspects and develop practical recommendations for improving the organization of ensuring the personnel component of the economic security of the enterprise. Objectives of the study: − determine the economic security of the enterprise, its essence and mechanism of provision; − to form the essence of the personnel component of the enterprise's economic security; − to investigate the strategic management of the personnel component of the enterprise's economic security system; − to form the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise PrJSC "MHP"; − justify the dynamics and structure of the personnel component of the enterprise "MHP" PrJSC; − assess the effectiveness of the level of provision of the personnel component of the enterprise's economic security system; − to develop a strategy for ensuring the personnel component of the enterprise's economic security system; − propose directions for increasing the level of the personnel component in the system of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise and motivating personnel; − calculate the economic efficiency of strategic measures. The object of the study is the organization of ensuring personnel economic security of the enterprise. The subject of the research is the theoretical principles and practical provisions regarding the improvement of the personnel security organization of Myronivskyi Hliboproduct PJSC. The research base is Myronivskyi Hliboproduct PJSC. Research methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the work became the fundamental provisions of economic theory, general scientific and special methods of cognition, a systematic approach to the study of economic processes and phenomena. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the analysis and formulation of proposals for improving the personnel component of the economic security of the enterprise.uk
dc.description.abstractukМагістерська дисертація на тему: «Стратегічне забезпечення кадрової складової в системі економічної безпеки підприємства» містить 121 сторінку, 7 формул, 36 таблиць та 21 рисунок. Перелік посилань нараховує 67 найменувань. Актуальність теми дослідження є вивчення функціонування кадрової складової в системі економічної безпеки підприємства. Мета дослідження − розгляд теоретичних аспектів та розроблення практичних рекомендацій з удосконалення організації забезпечення кадрової складової економічної безпеки підприємства. Завдання дослідження: − визначити економічну безпеку підприємства, її сутність та механізм забезпечення; − сформувати сутність кадрової складової економічної безпеки підприємства; − − сформувати організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства ПрАТ «МХП»; − обгрунтувати динаміку та структуру кадрової складової підприємства ПрАТ «МХП»; − оцінити ефективність рівня забезпечення кадрової складової системи економічної безпеки підприємства; − розробити стратегію забезпечення кадрової складової системи економічної безпеки підприємства; − запропонувати напрямки підвищення рівня кадрової складової в системі забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства мотивації персоналу; − розрахувати економічну ефективність стратегічних заходів Об’єктом дослідження є організація забезпечення кадрової економічної безпеки підприємства. Предмет дослідження – теоретичні засади та практичні положення щодо удосконалення організації кадрової безпеки підприємства ПрАТ «Миронівський хлібопродукт». База дослідження – ПрАТ «Миронівський хлібопродукт». Методи дослідження. Теоретичною і методологічною основою роботи стали фундаментальні положення економічної теорії, загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи пізнання, системний підхід до вивчення економічних процесів і явищ. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в аналізі та формулюванні пропозицій щодо вдосконалення кадрової складової економічної безпеки підприємства.uk
