dc.description.abstractМагістерська дисертація на здобуття ступеня магістра на тему «Підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства на засадах логістики» містить 104 сторінки, 38 таблиць, 20 рисунків, 3 формули. Перелік посилань нараховує 60 джерел. Актуальність теми дослідження. З огляду на загострення конкурентної боротьби та нестабільність зовнішнього середовища, використання інструментів логістичного менеджменту стає необхідною умовою ефективності та прибутковості сучасних компаній. Тому розглянута тема є надзвичайно актуальною як з науково-теоретичної, так і практичної точки зору. Магістерську дисертацію на здобуття ступеня магістра виконано в Національному технічному університеті України «КПІ імені Ігоря Сікорського» (м. Київ) відповідно до планів науково-дослідних робіт кафедри менеджменту. Результати дослідження, проведеного в роботі, є частиною наукової теми: «Підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства» – внесок автора полягає в формуванні моделі оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства на засадах логістики. Метою дослідження є обґрунтування шляхів підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства на засадах логістики. Для досягнення мети були виконані наступні завдання: розкриття сутності поняття конкурентоспроможність, визначення ролі логістики у рівні конкурентоспроможності підприємства, оцінка діяльності підприємства, його структури, місії та стратегії, фінансових результатів діяльності, оцінка проблем та перспектив вдосконалення конкурентоспроможності підприємства, розробка проєкту з підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства, оцінка та прогнозування економічної ефективності проєкту, розробка та надання рекомендацій з впровадження проєкту. Об’єктом дослідження є конкурентоспроможність підприємств. Предметом дослідження є інструменти підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств на засадах логістики. Методами дослідження є економічний аналіз, індукція, дедукція та систематизація, метод PERT, графік Ганта, дисконтування. Магістрантом було сформовано модель оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства та формування стратегії на засадах логістики на основі методів оцінки конкурентоспроможності (BSC, бенчмаркінг, конкурентний аналіз, SWOT-аналіз, PEST-аналіз), фінансового аналізу, конкурентних стратегій логістики. Впровадження в діяльність компанії зпропонованого проєкту дозволить вийти на нові ринки, розширити географічну присутність компанії, вирішити проблему з порожніми переїздами вантажівок при поверненні до України.
dc.description.abstractotherABSTRACT The master's dissertation for a master's degree on "Improving the competitiveness of the enterprise on the basis of logistics" contains 104 pages, 38 tables, 20 figures, 3 formulas. The list of links includes 60 items. Relevance of the research topic. Given the intensification of competition and the instability of the external environment, the use of logistics management tools is becoming a prerequisite for the efficiency and profitability of modern companies. Therefore, the topic under consideration is extremely relevant both from a scientific, theoretical and practical point of view. The master's thesis for the degree of master was written at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (Kyiv) in accordance with the research plans of the Department of Management. The results of the research conducted in this work are part of the scientific topic: "Increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise" - the author's contribution is to form a model for assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise on the basis of logistics. The purpose of this work is to substantiate the ways to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise on the basis of logistics. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were performed: disclosing the essence of the concept of competitiveness, determining the role of logistics in the level of competitiveness of the enterprise, assessing the activities of the enterprise, its structure, mission and strategy, financial performance, assessing the problems and prospects for improving the competitiveness of the enterprise, developing a project to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise, assessing and forecasting the economic efficiency of the project, developing and providing recommendations for project implementation. Object of research is the competitiveness of enterprises. Subject of the study is the tools for improving the competitiveness of enterprises on the basis of logistics. Research methods are economic analysis, induction, deduction and systematization, PERT method, Gantt chart, discounting. The master's student formed a model for assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise and forming a strategy based on logistics based on competitiveness assessment methods (BSC, benchmarking, competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis), financial analysis, competitive logistics strategies. The implementation of the proposed project will allow the company to enter new markets, expand the company's geographical presence, and solve the problem of empty truck crossings when returning to Ukraine.
