dc.description.abstractМагістерська дисертація на тему: «Стратегія розвитку експортної діяльності підприємства» містить 100 сторінок, 11 таблиць, 15 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань нараховує 63 найменувань. Актуальність теми дослідження зумовлена потребою промислових підприємств, що здійснюють міжнародну діяльність, завойовувати нові ринки збуту. Для успішного здійснення експортної діяльності необхідно розробити стратегію та мати чіткий план дій. Оскільки міжнародне бізнес-середовище є надзвичайно турбулентним, підприємству варто одразу виявити можливості й ризики та адаптуватися до змін . Необхідність вирішення порушених питань потребує розроблення стратегії розвитку експорту промислового підприємства. Зв’язок роботи із науковими програмами, планами та темами. Магістерську дисертацію на здобуття ступеня магістра виконано в КПІ ім. Ігоря Сікорського (м. Київ) відповідно до планів науково-дослідних робіт кафедри менеджменту підприємств за темою: «Стратегічне управління відновленням економіки України» (ДР 0123U101596 ). Метою роботи є розроблення та обґрунтування науково-методичних, теоретичних положень та розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо формування і реалізації ефективної стратегії розвитку експортної діяльності підприємства деревообробної промисловості. Для реалізації поставленої мети необхідно виконати наступні завдання: -оцінити виробничо-господарську діяльність, фінансовий стан та сукупний дохід досліджуваного підприємства; -провести аналіз експортної діяльності Коропського СЛП «Агролісгосп»; -дослідити кон’юнктуру світового ринку деревини; -провести компаративний аналіз для виявлення країни для експорту; -порівняти наявне та необхідне організаційне забезпечення здійснення експорту; -спрогнозувати ефективність виконання запропонованої стратегії. Об’єктом дослідження є процес створення стратегії розвитку експорту для підприємства деревообробної галузі. Предметом дослідження є сукупність практичних заходів та організаційних аспектів щодо розроблення стратегії розвитку експортної діяльності Коропського СЛП «Агролісгосп». База дослідження. Коропське СЛП «Агролісгосп». У дослідженні використовуються наступні методи: статистичний та графічний для демонстрації динаміки показників, компаративний аналіз для вибору цільового ринку збуту, математичний для визначення ефективності, абстрактно-логічний для формування висновків. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у поглибленні існуючих теоретичних положень і розробленні науково-практичних рекомендацій щодо формування стратегії розвитку експорту підприємства в умовах змінного зовнішнього середовища. Практична значущість дослідження полягає у можливості використання Коропського СЛП «Агролісгосп» запропонованого контракту у практичній діяльності підприємства. Апробація результатів роботи. dc.description.abstractotherMaster's dissertation on the topic « Strategy for the development of the enterprise's export activity » includes 100 pages, 11 tables, 15 drawings, 4 attachments. The bibliography list consists of 63 items. The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need of industrial enterprises carrying out international activities to conquer new sales markets. To successfully implement export activities, it is necessary to develop a strategy and have a clear plan of action. Since the international business environment is extremely turbulent, the company should identify opportunities and risks early on and be ready to adapt to changes. The need to resolve the issues raised requires the development of an industrial enterprise export development strategy. Connection with scientific programs, plans and topics. The master's dissertation for obtaining a master's degree was completed at KPI named after Ihor Sikorskyi (Kyiv) in accordance with the plans of research works of the department of enterprise management on the topic: "Strategic management of the recovery of the economy of Ukraine" (DR 0123U101596). The purpose of this work is to develop and substantiate scientific-methodical, theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of an effective strategy for the development of the export activity of the enterprise of the wood industry. In order to realize the set goal, it is necessary to complete the following tasks: - evaluate the production and economic activity, financial condition and total income of the enterprise under investigation; - to conduct an analysis of the export activity of Korop SLP "Agrolishosp"; - study the situation of the world wood market; -conduct a comparative analysis to identify a country for export; - compare the available and necessary organizational support for export; - predict the effectiveness of the implementation of the proposed strategy. The object of the study is the process of creating an export development strategy for a wood industry enterprise. The subject of the study is a set of practical measures and organizational aspects related to the development of a strategy for the development of the export activity of Korop SLP "Agrolishosp". The Korop specialized forestry enterprise "Agrolishosp" was chosen as the research base. The following methods are used in the research: statistical and graphic to demonstrate the dynamics of the specified indicators, comparative analysis to select the target sales market, mathematical to determine export efficiency, abstract-logical to form conclusions. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the deepening of the existing theoretical provisions and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of the enterprise's export development strategy in the conditions of a changing external environment. The information support for conducting the research is the company's financial reporting, national and international statistical bases, legislative and legal acts, data from the International Trade Center, scientific publications on the topic. The practical significance of the obtained results is the possibility of using the proposed contract by Korop SLP "Agrolishosp" in the practical activities of the enterprise.
