dc.description.abstractМагістерська дисертація викладена на 169 сторінках друкованого тексту та містить 5 рисунків, 30 таблиць,1 додаток, 5 креслень, 42 посилання. Робота присвячена розробці проекту виробництва рекомбінантного білка MOMP Chlamydia trachomatis, який використовується для виробництва імуноферментативних тест-систем та науково-дослідних цілей. Дисертація складається з вступу, шести розділів, висновків, переліку використаних джерел, додатку А та креслень формату А1. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність обраної теми, зазначена мета роботи та її завдання. Перший розділ дисертації висвітлює інформацію про науково-технічну документацію, яка стосується виробництва рекомбінантного білка на біотехнологічному підприємстві. Другий розділ присвячено техніко-економічному обґрунтуванню проекту та містить розрахунок планової потужності виробництва й обґрунтування вибору місця будівництва. У третьому розділі дисертації висвітлено технологічну частину, яка включає обґрунтування обраної технології виробництва, інформацію щодо характеристики кінцевої продукції, сировини та матеріалів, опис стадій технологічного процесу та розрахований матеріальний баланс. Четвертий розділ містить розрахунок необхідної кількості обладнання для виробничого біосинтезу. П’ятий розділ присвячений будівельній частині з зазначенням прийнятих архітектурно-планувальних рішень. У шостому розділі висвітлено розроблений стартап проект, який містить аналіз ринку, розраховану сумму капіталовкладень та рентабельність запропонованої ідеї.
dc.description.abstractotherThe master's thesis is presented on 169 pages of printed text and contains 5 figures, 30 tables, 1 annex, 5 drawings, 42 references. The work is devoted to the development of a project for the production of recombinant Chlamydia trachomatis MOMP protein, which is used for the production of immunoenzymatic test systems and research purposes. The thesis consists of an introduction, six chapters, conclusions, a list of used sources, appendix A and drawings in A1 format. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the chosen topic, the purpose of the work and its tasks. The first chapter of the thesis highlights information about scientific and technical documentation related to the production of recombinant protein at a biotechnological enterprise. The second section is devoted to the technical and economic justification of the project and contains the calculation of the planned production capacity and the justification of the choice of the construction site. The third chapter of the thesis covers the technological part, which includes the justification of the chosen production technology, information on the characteristics of the final product, raw materials and materials, the technological process stages description and the calculated material balance. The fourth section contains the calculation of the required amount of equipment for industrial biosynthesis. The fifth chapter is devoted to the construction part with an indication of the adopted architectural and planning decisions. The sixth chapter highlights the developed startup project, which includes a market analysis, the calculated amount of capital investments and the profitability of the proposed idea.
